Gary was very professional. He had excellent communication and helped us fix a very complicated heating and boiler issue. He was so kind and patient and rearranged appointments to make sure he could help us at last minute notice.

Gary fitted our new boiler a year ago and we've just had him back to service it. He put us at ease when our boiler broke and gave us options to repair or replace as well as explaining the issues. Since we had him fit a new boiler we've had no problems and above all, I feel reassured knowing if something went wrong we'd be in trusted hands.

This year's boiler service was thorough and Gary helped us set the boiler to energy saving options which was really helpful!

I moved in to my home in March 2021. Renovated from top to bottom but stupidly decided not to change my boiler. I thought as it was a Vaillant it would be ok for a few more years. How wrong was I. At the end of this summer I went up into the loft and found a puddle of water under the boiler. Now the boiler is over 12 years old and rather than spending money to repair it I thought I’d replace it with a new one. Gary from The Boiler Hub came out the next day to complete a survey. Explained everything to me, gave me a date for the work to be carried out and sent me a written quote that evening. I was very surprised how simple, quick and efficient he made it all. After getting a few quotes from others I decided to go with my gut and chose The Boiler Hub. The installation ran really smoothly without anything for me to worry about. Completely happy with everything and the new boiler is great! Gary and Joe were extra careful around the house as I was worried about needing to get the decorator out again. Overall, from start to finish they were brilliant. They exceeded my expectations for sure. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Gary and the team did a superb job on the install of our new boiler. They responded quickly to my call and came to quote within a couple of days. The job was also booked in very quickly. They took great care in the property and followed up more than once after the job to make sure all was well. Highly recommend.

Had a faulty with boiler/heating system where system was not cutting out when temperature reached. Got great initial feedback from Gary and team then a follow up service and check up.

Boiler Hub replaced our gas boiler and installed a water softener- they were brilliant arrived on time, kept us informed of what was happening and fitted the boiler and softener quickly

The boiler Hub installed our new boiler and changed all of our radiators and pipes two years ago. They have also carried out our boiler service for the past two years. I found them to be very good value and very friendly and easy to deal with.

Fixed high pressure problems with boiler. All other boiler engineers we had from Northern Gas, said it could be this or that and as the boiler was > 10 years old, we would need a new boiler. So for 2+ years we lived with it after paying out quite a bit to have it flushed. A colleague recommended the boiler hub, and I'm glad they did. Now the boiler is fixed with no issues, and was a lot cheaper than a new boiler.

I can strongly recommend Gary O'Dell of the Boiler Hub for all central heating work. Gary will undertake a very through examination of the system and boiler and will take all steps necessary to identify and resolve problems. He is also very ready to follow up on any subsequent issues. Boiler Hub charges are very reasonable in comparison with well-known
national boiler call out and insurance schemes.
