Very user-friendly experience with buying a gift card. Then one question was also easily resolved by a customer support.

The bonsai arrived well packaged, it looked very similar to the picture on the website. The pot is of high quality. I am very happy with the product!

I subtracted a star because of the delivery time (it took 1 week, instead of the advertised 1-2 working days) and because they did not reply to my request on their website about the delivery time, nor to my email on the same topic. Maybe irrelevant, but they still haven't replied to my requests even a few days after the delivery.

I had problems with the DHL carrier. And my order arrived to me not after 2 days, but after 2 weeks, but I was very pleased with the support on the site. They did everything for the speedy delivery of the new tree and also put a few gifts. I was also surprised how carefully the tree was packed.

This is already the second bonsai I buy at The Bonsaist in less than a year and I have to say it's becomming addictive. The quality of the trees is great, so is the service and it just feels like a small luxury that brings a large smile to my face. Totally recommend it if you want to join the bonsai lovers community.

The tree was protected very well with secure wrapping, so there were no damages to the tree. The tree itself was in good condition and already growing new leaves. Very happy with the good quality of the pot as well. Definitely going to order here in the future. I also love that you can get all the tools you need directly from the merchant as well.

I ordered a small 'cheaper' tree as a 'test', to see how it would survive the journey in a box, which is not obvious I would think. I received a beautiful tree, well groomed, very fast (2 days to reach Belgium after ordering), and perfectly packaged. I collected it at my pickup point, and freaked out for a moment, seeing the box lying there on it's side. Imagining branches broken already.. But No No, it was immaculate. I will be a returning customer ordering another one.
