Established in 2021, “Bovingdons” is based in Soham, Cambridgeshire, and offers residential and New Home property sales and marketing as well as advice on Land, Planning, Property Development and all aspects of the residential property market. Our mission is to offer a creative and enthusiastic, professional service and to be a better than the rest. We are, and will continue to be, diligent, communicative & trustworthy in all that we do. The company is owned and run by Ian and Emma Bovingdon, who have been in the property industry for over 60 years combined. We are experienced in all aspects of property, including residential homes, shared ownership homes, land sales and acquisitions, consultancy, and specialising in New Homes sales and marketing. We have lived in East Cambridgeshire for over 20 years, raised our family here and have been involved with the local community and local businesses during that time. Buying and selling property is one of the most stressful things we do in our lives and so we will always be here to provide a dedicated, professional and seamless service and to guide and advise you every step of the way and to keep the stress to a minimum.
