The box pad is genuinely my favourite business full stop, not even just my favourite small business. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve ordered from Chloe but it must be around 15 and when I say I have never been disappointed, I really mean that! I have bought her items to treat myself and as presents for others and I honestly can’t resist whenever she puts deals on or new items because it’s just that good! The box pad has a mix of everything I ever want to buy to treat myself like makeup, skincare, hair care and snacks at the best prices and is truly the greatest pick me up I can imagine! Chloe provides the best customer support and has always gone above and beyond any support I’ve had with orders even from large businesses with teams of employees. She truly deserves every sale because she puts her heart and so much care into it and she is the best in the business.

The Box Pad is a great business that I’ve placed a few orders with. Each time delivery was quick and products were great quality!
I had a small issue with an order and messaged Chloe. She answered within a few hours, sorted the issue and sent a free product as a ‘sorry’ even though it wasn’t her fault.
I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
A lovely business owner who puts her all into it and ensures she gives the perfect customer service!

Quick delivery sometimes quicker than the expected arrival date. She packaged it very nicely and leaves some sweets and cute little cards with messages. Not to mention she seems like such a lovely person
