Pretty good experience however some pillowcases that I bought were smaller than I thought they'd be, also the cover. They look sometime to arrive but they arrived in perfect condition anyway.

Abysmal Customer Service
The app does offer great deals, but consistent issues with their app bugging and a customer service team that does the bare minimum outweigh the discounts for me. Highly recommend you look to their competitors instead.
Have only had one satisfactory resolution to a request made to their polite but unhelpful customer service team.
The final straw for me was their refusal to accept the return of an erroneous order (worth less than the amount I paid for it- a fact which took them several emails to acknowledge) because of their return window. Even though a bug in their app made submitting a return request impossible, and an email outlining the request was sent well within the correct time window.

My order was not fulfilled - my time was wasted
I ordered a lipstick at the bradery. A week later I was refunded my money because the item was never shipped to me.
I enquired why I wasn’t shipped the item that I had ordered. They said there was a stock error and they couldn’t ship the item. Yet I know the item was available on their site the entire past week and also today and I could have ordered it again. The price which I originally ordered the item at was lower (maybe this was the error) so I suspect this is the real reason they won’t ship it.
If its really not in stock, then why still show it as online after telling me it won’t be shipped to me.
Not recibing the order
Bad service. No answering mails....
I have been sending mails since 18th of november, but thebradery haven't solved the problem.
My order was made on november 4th, and it was expected to arrive on november 11th. The app still shows the order under preparation... I haven't hear of any solutions since I started writing the enterprise...

Livraison rapide mais l'emballage était un peux abîmé comme les articles pesées un peu mais ils étaient livrés dans un emballage en plastique donc peu solide.
Update to my 1st review. Worst customer service ever! It seems AI has taken over cause they Copy pasted the same reply over and over. They sent me the wrong item after I waited over a month for it, so I had to return their mistake for a refund cause they refused to send the item I ordered since the sale was done. Most disappointing experience 😪 ever. No voucher or coupon to say sorry. Your better off with "Lookfantastic or Veepee"...

Usually it works fine. If you have a delayed delivery, it is very difficult to get a meaningful feedback.
It also happened to me that the order did not materialise because of an error in the stock. It took me 10 emails to finally have the order cancelled and reimbursed.

Ordered two pair of shoes this summer and only one and a half months later received mail that the order was cancelled.
Order a new pair of shoes from New Balance end of august and I still haven’t received them, inquired yesterday about them.
The Bradery just brushed me over to the ordering company, who turns out says they cancelled the order back in august and The Bradery doesnt assume responsibility.
I’m now fighting with both counterparts to get my money back!!!!!
