Do not buy from The Bridal Bra™ – SCAM ALERT
I placed an order and they took my money, but I never received the product. I’ve emailed them multiple times and sent DMs on Instagram — no response at all. No tracking, no support, nothing.
This company is completely unresponsive and does not deliver what they promise. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM!!! Do not buy from this company the customer service number doesn’t exist and no reply to any of my emails. Never shipped no tracking and they don’t upload any bad reviews I wasted £40 avoid!!!

Do not buy, they have taken my money and over a month ago and I nothing to show for it, no reply to emails, it’s clearly a scam. Don’t pay any money to them, I have no idea who they are and it seems they have taken money from lots of people and nothing to show for it!

Shocking company. Avoid. Despite paying for express shipping has taken a month and not even here YOU CAN BUY THE SAME product on Amazon cheaper... and be able to return it. THIS IS JUST RUBBISH DROP SHIPPED FROM CHINA. You wont get your money back.

Ordered an underwear garment that I would have used for my wedding day which appeared to be suited to my wedding dress style. Paid £24.30 expected delivery with 72 hours following confirmation of email as per stated at the time of purchasing on their website. Following this no further communication I chased this on their website on my account no update I made contact via email as provided by the website twice no response. Request to cancel my order as this had now been a couple of weeks and the date I needed this for had now passed. No response. Contact made on social media, no response.
Item turned up a little under a month later. Item was opened not even taken out of the internal packagaong and repackaged back up to be returned as due to the huge delays was no longer required. Contacted again via email advising I would be returning and requesting a refund no response. Followed steps as per stated on their website...no paper work sent within the package so provided confirmation of my order via email printout and a copy of the emails sent to request a refund and my reasons why...with no response. Item return and delivered no response no refund recieved I wish i had seen these reviews beforehand this company is a scam avoid at all costs.

Scam! Do not order! I order a bra bodysuit for a dress and was awful. Have emailed 4x no response.

Ordered two as wasn’t sure on the size. Neither fit my body type (which I’ve found with lots of other brands so wasn’t surprised!). Tried to return that week and got an email saying accounts were closed. Followed up 4 times since and have heard nothing back. Frustrated as watching every penny whilst paying for a wedding and didn’t need more stress!!

I ordered the bridal bra wings to wear underneath my wedding dress. I emailed many times before receiving my order and no one bothered to email me back!
I received my order just before my wedding to discover that it has this sticky glue/substance on it and that it sticks to the person's skin! [Apart from a small circled area where a person's nibbles go] There is no way I would put this onto my skin! This was not clear at all on their website as I would of not purchased this awful product.
I do not see anything about the ingredients listed either! Who knows what this substance is?
The email address that Trustpilot has seems to not work either as I just received a noticifation that the address could not be found or is unable to receive email.

Size too small (they don't take cup size into account). Can't get a response about how to return items as there is no address on the website. Load of crap.

Want to return as per advertisement. Tried contact form, emailing etc but no response. Took ages to come as well. Going to try and alert trading standards. AVOID!

Parcel came so late, no updates about the delivery or anything. They send me email once with tracking no which doesn’t even work. When it arrived goods were very poor quality. Sticky bra which does not even work. Everything was very cheap and poor quality. I am in process of returning so see how easy/complicated it will be, will be updating in here soon

Contact is non existent when trying to return product for a refund. They do not reply to any communication (have tried via their website and email) and nothing.

BUYER BEWARE! The sizing is way off on everything including the robes. They run very small by at least 2 sizes. As for the bodysuit, the cup size for a D/DD is more like a B. No way it will work! If your items don’t work for you be prepared to just eat the cost. There is absolutely zero customer service. The telephone number listed for customer service is not even a working number. You’ll be flooded with marketing emails but will never receive a reply to emails regarding your order. The address on your shipped items won’t even accept returns so they make it virtually impossible for you to do anything but eat the cost. Please read reviews outside of the “chosen” ones on their site. I sure wish I would have!

Avoid this company! Non refundable, no exchange offered. Emailed twice, filled in ‘contract us’ form twice too. Absolutely no response. Appalling service.

Bought this for my daughter and it was uncomfortable and scratchy in the undercarriage area. There was no way to return it. No instructions. Never answered any emails. Unable to return, regardless of the “30 day policy”.

This website is a complete scam. Orders come from AliExpress (china). This is not a company based out of the US. There story on the website is fake "Inspired and created in Los Angeles CA, Anna, Julia and Laura, three brides at that time and girls within the fashion design, they launched The Bridal Bra™ in 2019, to finally offer unique lingerie especially for underneath your wedding dress. We thrive to support and empower every bride to be as beautiful as she can be on one of her most important days in her life."

Phone number isn't even working and no one answers emails. I paid through PayPal, PayPal went to a person in the UK.

I ordered several items for my daughter who was getting married on the 9th December.. the delivery date stated when I made the order on the 18th November was the week before the wedding but they didn’t even process the order until the 3rd December and needless to say … it arrived 9 days after the wedding. My advice…avoid this company..

My daughter is getting married so I bought 2 (one for each of us) Due to the clip in the front we are unable to use them as they show through the low cut dresses. I understood that I would only receive credit if I returned them but after repeated emails asking how to do that, they have STILL not responded and now it’s past the 30 day return policy.

STAY AWAY!!! This company does not respond to you after several emails and they have a fake phone number on the site so you can't even call. I should have checked here before purchase. I have a brand new bridal body suit that is useless and never worn because the cup size is not made to fit C or D and above. Basically a big waste of money and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND - TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

The product looked great on the site wasn’t sure of the size, two of us needed something like this, so ordered two M and two L. When it arrived it was very flimsy, it does not work if you have bosoms! No support and uncomfortable straps. After trying one it was clear that the product could not work. So now I have 4 useless “things” at quite some cost, they do not accept returns, even if a product is unopened.

The idea was good but reality was not up to the job, I am a 12-14uk size, so not that large. Big disappointment and poor customer service (still waiting for a reply to my 2nd email sent c18 days ago.

Shame it looked promising.
