After sharing that I had an issue with the in in the watch band, The Bridge responded almost immediately, asked to show them the issue and then sent a replacement band immediately. They just win a customer for life with the service combined with Hugh quality product. I’d pay more just knowing theee two things.

I had a watch band which had unfortunately broken and The Bridge was quick to remedy with a replacement. Very fast and efficient service!

I placed an order for two watch bands but initially only received one. After reaching out to customer service and providing the requested photos, I received the replacement within six days.

Great customer service and delivery of high quality product at a reasonable price

I’ve been very impressed with the service from Bridge Watch Straps. I initially ordered two FKM rubber straps, one green and one orange. Unfortunately, after wearing the orange strap for only a short period it started to pick up stains that I couldn’t remove.

I contacted their customer service and they responded quickly and offered to send a replacement without any hassle. I’m not sure whether it was a faulty batch or just bad luck, but their willingness to resolve the issue straight away was excellent.

A new strap is already on the way, so I’m hoping this one will perform as expected. Overall, a very positive experience and great customer support.

I purchased a 3-strap bundle in August 2025, one of which was the blue Augusta strap. Despite only wearing it a few times a week, within four months the strap started to split on the inside (against the wrist) surface where it would pass through the buckle. I reached out to customer service via email, shared a few pictures, and received a prompt reply apologizing for the quality issues and offering to replace the strap. I was very impressed with the customer service and happy to know they truly stand behind their promise of the quality they advertise!

I recently had to get in touch with the customer service team at The Bridge Watch Strap because the clasp on broke. They were really quick to reply and they were very helpful and professional. I ordered an Aurelius strap with a clasp as opposed to a buckle. While the strap was nice the clasp kept on coming undone with the slightest pressure (taking a coat or glove off).
They were very good and replaced it with the same strap with a buckle which is perfect.

I brought a strap from Bridge which was my second strap from them because the first was so good but unfortunately it had a slight imperfection I contacted the customer service team and after sending them photos they sent a replacement strap to me without any hesitation.Great service.

Ordered a Kensington Strap for my Apple Watch Ultra after seeing a sponsored post on Instagram. I was after something a bit nicer than the cheaper straps on Amazon. It arrived super quick, the clasp is well made and secure and the quality of the leather makes it feel very special. All in all really pleased with my purchase.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with The Bridge Watch Straps.

I bought my Henley Strap back in February and I love it!! However a couple of weeks ago I was taking our 10 month old puppy out for a walk and he jerked my arm really hard and caused me to hit my watch on the door latch and it broke one of the spring bars that holds the strap on. I sent a message about it to The Bridge and they asked for pictures which I happily supplied. I was simply hoping that they would send me a new spring bar and I was more than happy to pay for it...HOWEVER what they did was way over and above anything they needed to do. They sent me a completely brand new Henley Strap free of charge!!! I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!!!

I like the design so I wanted to try the Polaris watch strap. There was an issue with the placement of my order but the company stepped up and helped me get the right product. Upon timely receipt, I found the quality to be excellent and the strap to be comfortable to wear. I very much appreciate the customer support and quality of the product. I ordered watch straps from The Bridge based on a recommendation from my brother, and I'm very happy that I did. They have a great selection of watch straps that look great with my new Apple Watch Ultra. The watch straps fit perfectly onto the watch and adjust well to fit comfortably on my wrist. When ordering, I forgot to apply a discount code I had and contacted Customer Service to see if there was anything they could do. Not only did they respond promptly and honor the code, but they shipped my additional watch strap to me promptly and for no additional shipping charge. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of their watch straps and their commitment to serving their customers.

I loved my strap when it arrived and it was very comfortable. However, it fell apart after after less than 3 months. I emailed the co and received a replacement in 24 hours. Superb service and hope that the original strap was simply faulty.

United State buyers be 1000% certain this is the product you want. Ordered a strap for a Apple Series 11 watch. Shipping took a long time and when the strap arrived it was low quality for the price they are charging. When I tried to initiate a return they wanted to know why and let me know I had to pay shipping to England to return the watch.
Shipping cost $21, which is 1/3 the cost of the strap.
There are better quality straps at a lower price point and with free shipping as a return policy.
