I ordered under a buy one, get one free offer. It took nearly a month to receive my order. When it arrived, it only contained one lipstick. I know I ordered under the buy one get one and I confirmed it when I checked to ensure I ordered two different colors. The company is refusing to send me the free one despite back and forth email. The BOGO is still being offered on the website. I'm not an idiot. I know I should have received two instead of one!

This was the 2nd and last time i will ever buy from them. My 1st package was opened with a small piece of tape closing it. The lipstick inside was a completely different brand. Got a refund. Tried again. The package arrived today. Same thing the envelope was cut open and retaped with a small piece of tape. 3 different lipsticks again and no lip pencil. I immediately email "emily" demanding a refund and letting them know im done.
Don't buy from them because they know there’s a shipping problem but don’t care.

Still waiting to receive my product which I ordered a month ago.
When you ask questions as to what is happening, you get no response.
Just be patient.
I am trying to get my money back but can't get a contact number to talk to anyone.
I am very disappointed.

I placed an order and immediately knew it was going to the wrong address. I contacted Bright Sky immediately and was sent a link to update my delivery address that did not work. My package was left in a random locker at my previous address that I do not have access to. I asked for a refund and was not given one. Pretty much was a F*** YOU. Thanks- your lack of response speaks volumes HONG KONG.

Awful company! Did not send my order or reply to messages sent through the website. Telephone number goes to voicemail. WhatsApp link doesn’t work.
To take orders for such sensitive items and not send them is just disgraceful.

I’ve had to make a second order with a different company to replace the order from Thebrightsky. I shall be seeking a refund.

Avoid this company if you want to actually receive your item!!
