Bit of a con in my opinion. Ordered the Brisko rolling knife sharpener and what I eventually received was a much cheaper Chinese rolling knife sharpener which you can buy off of Aliexpress for half the price you’d pay from Brisko.
Spend a little extra and get the real thing! For me it’s too late. I have emailed customer service but I doubt I’ll get anything back.
*Update*
I’ve emailed customer services on a number of occasions and have not got any response. I’ve sent 4 emails to the email listed on their website and I’ve also tried once via their contact form.
Please do not buy anything from this company!!
It is a well built product with a fair bit of weight. Sharpening is great but the first time takes a bit of patience as you have to get older knives to 'learn' the new cutting angle. Afterwards, it just takes a few strokes to restore a very sharp edge. Overall a great sharpener.
Great product with very speedy delivery time. It was a great weight to it which is a sign of quality in my eyes as it doesn’t feel flimsy in any way!
