After doing some research into camper conversions and companies that do them we decided to go with the Bristol Camper Company. It turned out to be the best decision. The whole process was very smooth and efficient from the start. Tom, our first contact was informative and helpful and gave us all the time and advice we needed on our decision making journey. Lucy and Sam in the office were always at the other end of the phone or on email to answer queries. We bought the VW T6.1, 150bhp base van through the BCC. We are absolutely delighted with the conversion. 'Stunning'. Get lots of positive comments. Special mention and thank you also to Greg, senior installer and engineer. He was very helpful and gave us a detailed tour of the van after completion of the conversion including a very informative tutorial on all the electrical workings, where all the fuses are and how to change them if ever we needed to. Nothing was too much trouble for the BCC. We would highly recommend them, without any hesitation.

I bought my T6.1 through BCC and then had it immediately converted by them. It’s been done beautifully, I’m so happy with it and I know I’ll be making some fantastic memories in it with my family in the years to come. It’s been away on a few surfing trips already and will be heading around Europe next year! Thank you for making it a very smooth and simple process for a novice as well 😁

The design of the Discovery High conversion is perfect, exactly what I was looking for and the quality of the work is 100%.

I had my VW transporter T6.1 converted by these guys and collected it around 6 weeks ago. I didn’t review straight away until I had Road tested the conversion with a couple of trips away in it. The conversion is amazing, well designed and manufactured. It took me 18 months to find the right conversion specialist and these were my choice out of many that I had seen at the NEC and on the internet. It’s not my first conversion so I knew what I wanted and Bristol camper company ticked all the boxes after plenty of research. The staff were really helpful too, especially Sam and Lucy.
I suggest you put this company on your shortlist if you are planning a conversion and after visiting the company to look at the options there won’t be anything to match up-to it. Very competitively priced too.

We bought our first camper after going to visit them to discuss what we wanted in a conversion. They had the perfect fit waiting on the forecourt. All staff are passionate about what they do, knowing their vans inside out and offering amazing quality with great after sales customer service. For nervous first timers we couldn't have gone anywhere better.

What an amazing company! A totally un-expected find. We just happened to be passing & decided to call in to check out some of the vans on the forecourt. The conversion build quality is great, we especially love our units with oak tops which give a really warm & homely feel. Our Skyline poptop roof is great and gives us loads of extra head height when we're parked up, and a great bit of extra space for the kids to sleep & play. The whole process was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company to others who are ready to start their camper journey!

BCC really stood out for me on their website as a quality conversion company due to their selection of RIB bed and beautiful wood worktops. I contacted them for a video walk round of the van (to get an idea for storage) and Adelle sent me videos within an hour showing a very helpful walk through.

After many helpful chats/videos/photos of the van with Adelle, I decided to go ahead (purchasing the van unseen). This was something I was nervous of, however Adelle arranged delivery of the van and nothing was a problem. They fitted a bike rack no problem and really went the extra mile for customer service, always being around to answer the phone in a friendly courteous manner. Needless to say I was delighted when the van arrived: it is finished to a beautiful high standard and I cannot fault it!

With the distance I am from BCC they have even offered a more local garage services to cover any warranty issues that may need seeing to rather than taking the van back down to Bristol. If you’re looking for a beautiful quality conversion I highly recommend BCC!

An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The pre sales experience was understanding and gentle with no hard selling of extras. Delivery was on time and to price.

They should particularly be noted for their superb after care.

This is not to suggest we had problems after but more that we wanted to make adjustments of the nature of "could do with a shelf there".

All in all I could not recommend them more highly and when the time comes we will be on to them for our next project - no question about it.
