This has been truly life changing. And that's not being dramatic or embellished at all.
After a serious rupture and heated argument with my fiancé, I discovered the Brotherhood through social media. Honestly, I signed up with skepticism and hesitation.
After the first initiation and then the first container. I knew Alex was on to something.
Something that I had never thought of.
And then I began to see where I had consistently failed, Alex had succeeded.
I now have completely transformed as a man, and have gained the ability to show up in my relationship as a source of comfort, safety and guidance, even in chaotic moments, evolving from the combative, argumentative boy who let his inner child run his life.
I know I have a long way to go, but the tools I've gained and the knowledge I've learned in this container provide a clear path to fall forward with.
I can't thank Alex and the brotherhood enough for all they have done for me and with me.
Its become a journey of self realization and revelation.
If you're a man unsure of the future of your relationship, not only with your spouse but with yourself, Alex can help with the answers to the questions you didn't even know how to ask.

This has been the most pivotable experience of my life. I've done plant ceremonies, have had life coaches etc and Masculine containment was the missing piece. Talk about Devine timing. I was about to leave my 10 year relationship and a friend shared one of Alex's posts. It resonated so much that I decided to join the brotherhood. During this time I have learned so much and has shifted so much and I'm so grateful. The woman I almost left is now the woman of my dreams and it's because I made the change to lead the relationship in the correct way. I never realized that men and women's nervous systems are wire differently and it's so important to understand that. I am so grateful for Alex and this brotherhood and all the brothers. Where do I start? Before the container i was stressed overwhelmed, growing and seeking different ways to be or manage life/myself but feeling overburdened and unable to hold what ive built in life and my relationship.

As I continued with the practices and showing up consistently to the zoom calls something changed energetically within me and I had a language to understand all of the trials and tribulations which I kept repeating and going backwards.

I have so much more space within and there's no going back from here the knowledge gained within ill keep forever and consistently come back to and apply at deeper layers, its like having a little cheat book in relationship so I can truly experience the best of her whilst she gets the best of me!

As men, we become our best when we are surrounded by other men who call us forth. We grow through challenge--being called up to the potential as our best selves.

The last ten weeks of instruction, connection, reflection and action that Alex facilitated inside of this community was a tremendous opportunity for men to bring forth their very best.

This brotherhood creates a space for men to purposefully rebuild the foundations of our masculine energy so that we can build an amazing life on top of it. I'm already seeing the impact of this inside of my marriage, my relationships with my kids and my personal health and well-being--not to mention my businesses and relationships with colleagues and friends.

Alex, thank you for bringing this to the world! I highly encourage every brother to participate!

Alex has created something very special here. Being apart of the brotherhood changed my marriage, my emotional IQ, how I show up on a daily basis. It’ll give you the frameworks and community and all that you need to show up as the man you’re called to!

Alex is a great role model, he leads with integrity and authenticity and you can feel his genuine desire to help other men grow into their best selves.

There are a lot of masculine coaches out there and many are full of shit. I am grateful for the opportunity to share the experience of The Brotherhood and have seen the positive effects its had on both my own and other mens relationships.

If you get a chance to join, take advantage of it and show up and do the work. The time will pass faster than you think but if you show up and do the work you will be a different man by the end of it.

Everything I learned during my time in The Brotherhood container was life-changing. I spent almost a decade working with various coaches and therapists. Within a few weeks, everything I was learning and implementing began to create drastic improvements in my life.

My relationship improved. I was separated for 7 months and weeks away from the divorce being finalized. I'm happy to report that we are now reconciled and rebuilding our relationship anew.

My business improved. I started attracting new and high value clients. Things felt easier and more manageable.

My mental health drastically improved. I feel the best I've ever felt and truly feel that I have new tools in my arensal to tackle whatever life throws at me. For the first time in a very, very long time, I feel like I am a magnet and pulling all the best things in life towards me.

Alex brought together an amazing group of men, and led us in understanding how to ground and lead ourselves, and create the relationships we long for.

I'm grateful that I found the brotherhood society for what I learned and the great men that I met and bonded with as well. I learned alot and what I learned was not information I ever came across online. Alex is very knowledgeable, kind and humble despite how knowledgeable that he is in this area. He made it easy to open up and be transparent with what we were experiencing, he always had great advice and recommendations for what we needed to do and work on to improve ourselves. I've seen improvements in my relationship as a result of what I learned and implemented from what we learned. I am pretty certain I had the most unique scenario in regards to what I was dealing with and I got alot of support despite the uniqueness of what I was going through so I no longer felt like I was on this challenging journey alone.

I have been in the coaching space as a participant and facilitator for 18 years. I know what is available in the industry as well as what is fluff and what is the real deal. When it comes to men's programs The Brotherhood Society and Alex have nailed it with Masculine Containment. This has been the most effective and applicable Men's program that I have done, to date. On Christmas Eve 2025, my partner and I experienced a severe rupture. Christmas was largely ruined. Because she manages severe underlying medical conditions, the impact on her nervous system was massive. Even though we did the repair work, the damage lingered. At her recommendation, I joined Alex’s 10-week container. Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Before this, I genuinely believed I was doing everything right. I had worked with relationship coaches, read the books, and tried to put it all into practice. But it wasn't until Alex broke down the true principles, concepts, and practices of masculine containment that I realized how much I didn't actually know.

This container has completely transformed my relationship with myself, my partner, and the world. I discovered wounded parts of myself that needed attention, and as I stepped into my own healing, I was able to help heal my partner’s wounds, too. I had always heard the phrase 'we are wounded in relationships, and we heal in relationships,' but Alex showed me how to make that a reality.

If you are a man—whether single or in a relationship—I cannot recommend this Brotherhood enough. It is a profoundly healing, nurturing, and supportive space, and Alex is an absolute gem of a leader.

Alex has a huge heart for helping men and it shows in the way he runs the Brotherhood group and how he interacted with us in the group.

He is patient and understanding and the things he taught is have help me be a better husband, father, and business man.

Before I joined I wanted a higher level of intimacy with my wife and just wanted to be a better man overall. I felt stuck and couldn't figure out why I kept failing with my communicating well with my wife.

In 10 short weeks my life has improved significantly from my level of fitness, business improving, my impact on my church, and the level of real intimacy with my wife.

My wife is smiling like I have never seen before since and we are connecting in new meaningful ways that we never had in 15 years of being together.

Being part of The Brotherhood has been one of the most impactful, transformative experiences of my life.
