Booked this trip looking to do my open water and advanced and it didn't disappoint. As standard with The Bucket List Company things ran smoothly. Pick up from the airport, ferry and check into hotel. The hotel was fantastic the rooms having a kitchen etc if you didn't want to eat out all the time. The diving and tuition was outstanding in all aspects. After completing my open water I seamlessly moved onto my advanced after guidance from Aaron the instructor and Keith . Couldn't fault anything throughout the trip would certainly recommend 👌

We went on the Croatia & Montenegro Adventure just recently and least to say the trip was amazing.
The organisation of the trip was definitely well thought out, everything that needed to happen, happened in a very well thought out way.
The trip in itself I would highly recommend, the beautiful scenery that you get to see, the experiences you experience are once in a life time and overall it was just amazing!!
Also Dave who came with us from Bucket List company was amazing, he was able to meet all of our needs and any time we were unsure or wanted more time he made it possible. Not one ask was too much for him.

The bucket list company do exactly that, offer bucket list trips. Just come back from climbing kilimanjaro with them, Keith was there the whole way through to guide and advise us, he used exceptional porters and guides on the mountain to make our experience just that "bucket list" can't fault them

Kilimanjaro had been on my bucket list for a number of years but COVID really accelerated my focus to getting it done.
I researched a number of companies but settled with The Bucket List Company (TBLC) due to the detailed information provided, including podcasts and videos and the provision of a UK guide on the trip (to assist with any issues that may arise) and a fantastic Tanzanian Team.
My decision couldn’t have been better.
Once booked I was given access to the Vamoos app which provided so much trip information, including day by day summary, flight information, packing lists, videos, reading suggestions and so much more. Excellent.
Any other queries (few and far between) were answered quickly and effectively by the ever friendly and helpful office staff.
The trip itself was just incredible. So well organised, everything worked like a well oiled machine.
Safety is a priority of TBLC. Importantly the trip included an extra acclimatisation day. This really increased the chances of a successful summit by reducing the effects of altitude. Sats and health were checked daily and monitored closely.
The fabulous Tanzanian guides, porters and cooks placed safety at the centre of everything; ensuring everyone walked slowly whilst gaining altitude and taking regular sips of water. (Very important) and eating excellent meals with plenty of carbohydrates for energy. However, they also made sure that not only was this a challenging trip but that it was also great fun, with lots of laughs, songs and dancing. Work hard, play hard.
The last ascent to the summit was slow and cold. Warm socks and gloves/mittens are essential, but wow! What an achievement to reach Gilmans Point for sunrise! That really is special.
I really can’t recommend TBLC highly enough. This trip was everything I’d hoped for and more, spent with such an eclectic, lovely group of like minded people.
If you’re after a once in a lifetime trip that is safe, fun and leaves you with a happy glow of memories, I wouldn’t look anywhere else than The Bucket List Company. Maximum Respect.

Joined 'The Bucket List Company' for a Kilimanjaro trek in September 2023 on the Marangu route. I came across the company by shear chance but booking with them was the best thing i could have done! Using their payment plan for booking made a trip possible that i may not otherwise have been able to experience

Booking the trip as a solo traveler for the first time left me a little anxious about what to expect but from the moment i met the group and Keith at the airport that all disappeared.
The whole trip was so well organised from meeting at the airport to finally reaching the summit felt smooth and the daily briefings kept us well informed.

The relationship and respect that the local guides have with TBLC speaks a 1000s words through their actions and goals to help you get through even the toughest of mental places on summit night!!

Memories and friends made for life!!

Already booked my next trip with them and cannot wait to add to the above.

Wow what an experience and what a brilliant company.

I went on the Kilimanjaro trip Marangu route 5/09/23. Everything about this trip from start to finish has been brilliant. The team at the Bucket List Company always on hand via email or phone call to answer any questions.

The trip itself was flawless from start to finish, from arriving at the airport and transfers to the hotel. Briefings at each stage of the climb so as not to get too overwhelmed. The porters, the guides, the cooks all amazing.

I especially need to thank the guides and Keith for making sure I reached the summit and the altitude sure did affect me and summit was a struggle. But with the help of all the team I made it along with all 18 other members of the group.

If you’re wanting a once in a lifetime experience you should definitely use this company to care of everything for you. I might not be climbing any mountains any time soon but you bet I’ll be booking another trip with the bucket list company for sure.

I recently returned from my trip to climb Kilimanjaro with The Bucket List Company - and to keep it short and sweet I'd give them 10 stars if I could. From start to finish they were amazing, from booking and communication from staff, to being willed on to reach the top of the mountain by the amazing team on summit night, everything was top drawer. On the mountain we 100% had the best team of porters and guides and cooks. Keith from TBLC was with us on the trip and did everything possible to make it a once in a lifetime experience. On top of that, Keith and his team got all 18 of us to the top of the mountain on a route where the summit is by no means a guarantee - that says it all. If you're wanting to put a big tick on your bucket list then then the clue is in the name - use the Bucket List Company!

My husband and I climbed Kilimanjaro in June of this year. It's quite difficult to put into words exactly how we felt about the trip, but in essence, it was outstanding, from start to finish.

The Bucket List Company were brilliant in organising the whole thing, leaving no stone unturned. The Vamoos app was fantastic however if we needed some extra info then Ellie was on hand to answer. Our Rep Kris was brilliant, organising, answering questions, informing of the day ahead and herding us up if we went astray.

We met most of our group at the Gatwick (some were flying in from elsewhere), and all I can say is what a lovely bunch of humans, all on the same wavelength and supportive of each other.

The Merangu route was beautiful, with views that were amazing. Plenty of sunshine although it got very cold on the upper slopes. The route was fairly easy to walk although when you factor in the altitude, that really made a huge difference. Summit night was difficult. Tiredness, the cold and darkness made it all seem a bit surreal. It still feels surreal now to be fair. Our guides were fantastic in keeping us motivated when things got tough. But reaching Gilmans point when the sun came up made up it all worth while. Then onto the summit... can't describe it, but what a feeling.

The porters and guides were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The final night back at the lodge ended the trip off perfectly, a real celebration.

Thankyou Bucket List Company for organising the faultless trip and thankyou to our fellow climbers. It was an epic adventure that we will never forget.

I climbed Kilimanjaro with a group of people I met at the airport and have made friends for life.

As well as being unbelievably organised, friendly and great fun, Kris, our group leader, is an expert in adventure travel holidays and her knowledge and expertise were freely shared with us all.
Whitey and his team, the in-country guide team, were excellent and looked after us expertly every day and ensured that we all made it to top!

This is the company to use if you are looking for a holiday that is a little bit different, whether your are a solo traveller, in a couple or a group.

Had a great experience scuba diving in Gozo with TBLC. It really was a life changing experience. The Bucket List did a great job organising it and partnered with really great people to run the experience. You also get plenty time to spare so be sure to check for things to do in your own time

So, I just recently came back from the Spanish Adventure week and wow, what an absolute amazing adventure week. Everyday was different, we climbed,we sea kayaked, (following the coastline including stopping off at a sea cave to explore) only accessible via kayaking. We spent the day cycling downhill through sleepy beautiful villages, honest - downhill only - what an absolute treat...no hills to pedal up !!! I live in a very hilly area. We experienced an incredible via ferrata on the side of a cliff, and to finish off, on the last day, if you wanted to, that is, to have the opportunity to hike the bestest of hikes up the mountain which was straight in view of our accomadation. Not all chose to do it. From day one it had me hooked to climb it. Thankyou so, so much Kristina for guiding me up there and for reading my mind about the mountain..You are such a beautiful person, inside and out. Everyday was an incredible adventure day, full of fun, laughter, enjoying the activities with such professional guidance and instruction, stopping at places to enjoy a beer or two or simply relax in, eating delicious food, all while enjoying the beautiful locations and the stunning views. To top it all off, a very welcoming swimming pool to either come back to at the end of the day or to even start the day off with. All sounds extremely busy, but it wasn't like that at all. The incredible team who looked after us (Kristina, Dave and Keith) insured us that relaxation time was also included. Nothing beats the relaxation swim in the pool, the beer or that cup of tea to enjoy the afternoon sun in ,after the day activity.. In the mornings,we helped ourselves to breakfast, made our packed lunches all without pressure of rushing around. Timings were relaxed. Evening meals we ate out visiting several different restaurants, although I must say, Keith did do an absolute beast of a BBQ one evening. DELICIOUS ...Thankyou. This was my third trip with TBLC , previous being Sahara and Mt Toubkal, they simply are the best of the best,I cannot give enough praises. They all work incredibly hard to ensure our bucketlist adventure is faultless. I've never booked the same holiday twice but for 2024 ,I've already booked this trip again, even though I'm already booked on the Scuba Diving trip, Gozo during September with them. I literally rebooked, wthin a couple of days from returning home. I enjoyed it that much. Why?? because....Its Spain...and Keith definitely knows best !
beautiful location and views, beautiful relaxing accomadation, has the loveliest of people, our guide, Kristina lives in the area and of course we have the super Dave with us too , and finally..... it's called The Spanish Adventure, and adventure is definitely what you get. 💙💚💛

Last year I did Kilimanjaro & the safari add on with The Bucket List Company. I was supplied with a kit list, itinerary & all the information I could possibly need for my trip. Any queries I had were answered quickly. The trip itself was amazing. The accommodation was excellent, and the food was superb, even at over 4000m. Our guides Gareth (uk) & Whitey and his team (local) were brilliant & really looked after everyone. Plenty of laughs, a few tears, it was an incredible experience.
When I got home I immediately booked on for Machu Picchu, which I have just returned from. Food & accommodation was excellent again, and our guides Jake (uk) and Alex (local) were brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Fascinating to learn the history of the Inca people from Alex. Amazing views, great company & plenty of laughs, another brilliant trip. Can honestly say I wouldn’t use another company again & have already booked on for my next trip

Fabulous trip from start to finish. The Guides, both in the UK (Jake) & Peru (Alex), were professional, well organised and very friendly-everything was well planned and executed. The Inca trail was a truly once in a lifetime experience, and i wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this trip and this company-5 stars all the way.

I've recently got back home from my fifth Bucket List adventure this time from the Gozo scuba diving trip. Again, another fantastic adventure as always.
From the moment you press book to the time you say your farewells to everyone at the end of the trip, the whole process is well informed, simple to understand, great communication and smoothly done.
On the trips themselves you are well looked after by all the travel guides involved.
I really cant fault any experience and adventure I've been on. With another trip booked for this year and more ready to book I would definitely recommend using The Bucket List Company.

Just returned from a week’s Scuba Diving in Gozo with The Bucket List Company.

ANOTHER fantastic trip from TBLC!

I’ve wanted to learnt to Scuba Dive for a long time and it was a no brainier to use TBLC after an amazing experience with them on another trip last year.

The accommodation and dive centre (all in the same building) was absolutely FANTASTIC. A really supportive, friendly, professional team who made you feel at home. Such a lovely environment to learn to dive in.
Excellent food, lovely accommodation.

The scenery around Gozo is stunning - both above ground and under sea!

Doing the Open Water qualification we got the opportunity to swim through caves and through a ship wreck with a professional photographer in tow.

So TBLC absolutely chose a perfect location for a dive trip. But no surprises there ;)

A great group of people made for a brilliant week and headed up by the lovely U.K. leader from TBLC.

Now just need to pick my next adventure…

I have recently got back from gozo which was my second trip with the bucket list company, where I learnt to scuba dive.

It was such an amazing trip and met some great people. It was very easy going with no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do.

100% recommend travelling with them if you do want to travel and don't want to travel on your own.

Looking forward to the next trip with them.

My first trip with The Bucket List Company and thoroughly recommend - I didn't know anyone before the trip but met same great like-minded people, all there for the same thing. Went to Gozo for the Scuba diving and as an experienced diver found it great to be with the others who were learning and doing their open water and advanced. The dive school (Ritual) and hotel (Front) were so good - well chosen by the BLC - Dive equipment was new and in great condition, you do pay for extra dives (outside of the package) and daily equipment hire and there were a variety of dive masters and dive leaders. Always other people diving so I was able to buddy up with others on 'fun' dives. The dives are great, plenty of choices from Blue Hole to Wrecks. Mainly about the topology, some marine life (blue lobster, octopus, cuttlefish on a night dive, jelly fish, pipe fish, moray etc) and the guidance on the dive was great.
The trip was well priced, no hidden extras, the organisation was smooth and glitch free, Keith took the lead and was very knowledgeable, social and good fun to be with. There was no pressure to be with the group all the time but likewise there was always someone up for something so a great balance. The only nightclub on the Island is only a 10min walk from the resort, only open Saturday Night but good for some dance music (La Grotta) and the DJs were good. Open air so pretty cool...
Though the trip was scuba based it wasn't too intense so time to Kayak, Jet Ski, Boat Trip, catch bus into town or simply laze and sunbathe.
Would I use the Bucket List Company again - yes.

The organisation of the trip was first class. The guides, both UK and Peruvian were very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable about the history of the Inca people.
I would recommend The Bucket List Company to all.

Just returned from Annapurna Circuit, “what a gem of a trip”.

From the start, middle and end TBLC exceeded expectations, yet again.

The booking process is easy, the information available prior to trip is excellent, the UK guide is exceptional, and the in country guides are just amazing.

I just wouldn’t book a trip, of this sort, with any other company.

When things don’t go as expected, both UK and in country guides work closely together to ensure the arrangements are the best they can be. For us, the whole trip, far exceeded our expectation.

TBLC ensure that the challenge you embark on is achievable, and the feeling, once you’ve got over Throng La Pass is indescribable.

Highly recommended, thanks to Dave and the Bucket List team.

As near a seamless experience as you could get travelling in 3rd world environments, just returned from annapurna which is beyond amazing, expect all your senses to be heightened and to come home finding UK grey dull and flavourless, I want the colour and spice back so fully intend to return to Nepal, and BLC delivered that experience.
Local knowledge and operation excellent, pace and consideration exceptional, they are 5 star and fully exceeded expectations. BLC's very own Michael Palin aka David is a gem and I would love to spend any further journey with his anecdotes and knowledge. Also met Jake an excellent customer caring guy he will go far.
Brilliant company, just one thing and it is a compliment, I expected the whole thing to be harder and rougher, just by the fact it wasn't proves that what's working away in the background to make your trip not just work but special is quietly successful. Nice one guys thank you for hopefully first of many.
