Amateur installation - not sealed properly, opening windows loose (missing screws), glass and frames scratched, bifold doors sloping to one side leaving a gap at the top that is allowing wind and rain through to the inside. Some of the ‘opening’ windows don’t open at all - broken! Overall a complete mess and no surprise they dissolved the company. A proper s*** show if I’ve ever seen one.

The best customer service i have ever experienced. Fast, polite, know what they are doing and fair pricing. Cant ask for anything more.

I am working on a project with short timescales , I asked Ian what he could do, he managed to shorten the lead times, told me the time and date of delivery and like Swiss clock was on site with bifold doors on the dot.

The doors themselves are very good quality. I ordered two, easy to install and so far no issues. Would highly recommend him and his business

Doors turns up with no glass
The glass then turned up a few days later which both panes had large defects I the middle
I sent pics to builders choice and the agreed to send 2 more panes
After a week only 2 more panes turned up however they were exactly the same as the first 2
Since then I have been emailing builders choice but no reply
I have also had issues with the inside runner filling with water if it rains onto the doors
Due to the lack of communication I have had to buy 2 more panes from another supplier and also pay to despise of the 4 panes that were no good
I am also suffering from condensation on the inside of the opening door, I have tried to eliminate this my using a dehumidifier but it's the seal on the door which is at fault

I am sooo impressed by these people! On Thursday I was looking for a sweep to replace one in a shower. I went to 5 businesses looking for this sweep in victoria. I ended up here and they had their show room closed due to covid. You could appreciate that I was totally cooked at this point having been all over town. I called the number on the door , they asked a few questions and asked if I was at the store - in the parking lot. I said yes - they arranged to have someone come out to see me, they had the product I needed ( the only guys in town that did!) they cut me two sweeps and used tap to take my payment. They were so amazingly kind, helpful and had a great attitude. They totally made this senior citizen’s day! Thank you for great customer service!
