I placed an order on November 17, 2025 at 8:30am. In less than an hour, I called to cancel the order. (3) days later, I receive a shipping notification that my order was shipping. I contacted this company to be told that the shipper shipped the items...anyway. I was told to refuse the item which was shipped via FEDEX. I refused the item, it made it made it back to the shipper and the shipper re shipped the materials via UPS. I have been waiting for RMA so that I could be refunded $505.87. We are now in January and I still have the materials sitting in our office and have not been issued a RMA or refund. This is my absolute FIRST and LAST time ordering anything from this company as there customer service is unable to get this resolved.

Placed order for an in-stock item. Got an email that few days order was delayed. After a week received another email for additional amount as taxes for processing the order. Had to call them up and provide the credit card information process the order manually
