As soon as I put my order in I realized they were the wrong size and I did not want them. I looked for a way to cancel the order on order confirmation but there isn’t one. I emailed them immediately and the response from Anna no last name was the order was already being filled so they couldn’t cancel even though it says on their website you have thirty days

This company took my money, $180, but no product ever delivered. This company is not responding to my emails. Do not order anything from them

I just received this blanket today and it’s a joke!!! Spent over $45 on this blanket and the quality is pure crap!!! It’s worth maybe $5. I’m so mad and the pictures they show are a total scam!!!

This is a total scam, I have put an order in and it was sent to the wrong place. I have to eat my purchase because there is not way of getting a hold of them. Their email address does not work. Wish I would have seen this before I ordered from here. Don't order from them even if it looks legit.

Absolute scam company. Blanket is so small and nothing like shown in pictures.

Complete scam. Blankets are cheap material and actually see through and not thick as advertised. This company is BS and should be shutdown for false advertising. Another instagram fake seller. Never shopping on instagram again. Too many bait and switch.

Totally unhappy with the blanket I ordered. It advertised a big soft fluffy blanket and they sent me a really thin blanket. I ordered it for a gift and it's not even nice enough to give. Total scam. Don't waste your money

Everything the reviewers before me have said about the slowness of delivery is true. It's been more than a month, and I don't have the products. I don't forsee getting them either and if I do, it appears they will be junk.

I've reached out to the email 4 times, no response. No phone number listed. This place needs to be shut down and advertising needs to be pulled from Instagram.

I placed an order with Bunny blanket on October 1 for this supposed big fluffy blanket for my wife as well as a set of towels. I received the order on October 25 when they said it would be 5-10 days. when I received the blanket it was the thinnest shabbiest blanket I have ever felt and they didn't send the towels to boot.

it is now Nov 3 and I have been requesting a refund since I got the order with no response. no customer phone number and only one email.

Massive Scam

Garbage !!!!! I’ve attempted 4 times for Simone to contact me. I want my money back. Do not buy any of their products. They are garbage. You messed with the wrong person. I’m calling the better business bureau and the entire world will know your crappy product and no customer service. I’m calling my credit card and explaining everything!!! I want my money back !!!!!

I ordered 4 blankets. It took 4 weeks to deliver and when they finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the size and cheap quality material!! DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY!!!

So, I ordered this September 18th and today is the 30th. The 28th 10 days after I ordered the blanket it just arrived at the origin facility, mainland china. Which is the first place it leaves the main facility selling these blankets… took 10 days for them just to get it. And I was quoted 5-10 days.. 10 days was 2 days ago… I just pray it actually shows up and hopefully is decent quality but the longer it takes to come the more I regret purchasing threw them cause I assumed the biggest size would fit my bed… and after the reviews I don’t think it will and just feel like besides the shipping taking longer then they said … like didn’t even leave their facility for 10 days lol but all the reviews I’ve read makes me wish I went a different route. Hopefully I’m wrong

I didn't even order anything from them and I received a small padded envelope with a piece of cardboard with their name on it inside it. There was a QR code on the envelope but I didn't scan it because it felt like a scam.

Product received is NOTHING like what is advertised. The blanket is so thin you can see through it. Very poor quality. Email address for returns is not valid and the other contact message no one responds back. SCAM! Buyer beware!

Ordered this thought it was going to be thicker then it was, certainly not worth the price I paid and one thing is it comes from CHINA. It is not worth sending it back. Never order from these people or this website they are a scam

This is a horrible company and yes, I'm very frustrated. My wife and I ordered a blanket and two pillow cases. They did not look like the pictures on the website when we placed our order. Is this a huge deal? No. BUT, I have now tried to contact the company via 4 emails and 2 messages on the "contact us" portion of the website over the last 2 weeks. No one has even acknowledged my outreach. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scham of a company or at the very least, poorly run company. Customer service is clearly non existent at The Bunny Blanket.

STRAIGHT SCAM!!!!! ORDERED THE BIGGEST ONE THEY HAD FOR MY GIRLFRIEND FOR VALENTINES DAY. PAID FOR THE LIFETIME WARRANTY AND EXPRESS SHIPPING. NOTHING HAPPEN. JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND NO REPLY TO EMAILS.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!! MY 2 BLANKETS WERE NOT EVEN LINED THUS WERE A 1/2 INCH THICK AND WORTHY OF THE DOLLAR STORE!!! DONT BUY THEM 5X I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE EMAIL SAID THEIR EMAIL IS CONNECTED TO A VIRUS!!!!!

Ordered first week of December. Was supposed to be delivered by December 20th. Just received January 28th and they shipped the wrong color. Shams and blanket are two totally different colors. Tried emailing three times. Still haven’t got a reply.
