The ordering process was uncomplicated and the cake was delivered on time. Prior to ordering,
I called with an enquiry and was assisted promptly. The lady I spoke with was friendly and polite. The edible image cake I ordered looked incredible and was absolutely delicious!! What's there not to love? We will certainly not hesitate to order from The Cake People again. Thank you 😊

Luscious Lemon Cake …
Our experience with The Cake People was great from the first contact via online. They were very responsive to my enquires. Delivery was smooth without any hassles, delivered by the owner.
Best of all our choice of Luscious Lemon Cake was a hit! All the cake was eaten and all guests commented how lovely it was 😊

Great Cakes, great service!
Custom made, tasty and great service. Slightly expensive for the size you get but balanced out by quality and service. We ordered a small cake for a 4 year old and it easily fed 7 children and 5 adults.

Nice design, but overall only fair
Delivery: too broad a time frame, and unable to track, so this was not great.
Also we did not think the cake itself was great tasting.
The reply from the supplier notes that the delivery time was updated in a message- unfortunately I cannot locate the message, but appreciate this may have been done. The cake was delivered in a timely manner.

Regarding the delivery time frame, we accommodated your request for a narrower window and confirmed the 2-3 pm delivery on the day, as shown in our communication. As a small business, adding detailed tracking would increase the delivery charge, which we aim to keep reasonable for our customers. However, we are continuously working to enhance our delivery process.
As for the taste of the cake, we understand that preferences vary. We take pride in our products and value your input to help us refine our offerings.

The Cake People provided exceptional service and the most delicious cakes. The cakes I ordered were both gluten and dairy free, and both tasted just as good, if not better than regular cakes. The cake design was also perfect and everyone at the party loved the cake. Highly recommend getting your cakes from here!
