Ordered for the first time, website said 2-3 days for delivery. When I queried the status of my order I was told it was with the courier company and given a tracking code, checked the tracker and courier company said the package hadn't been handed over yet. Advised Candy Box, it was then handed over later that day. It's now 8 days since I placed the order and it is still with the courier company. The courier company don't respond to queries, they just give you a case number. Brutal service on all fronts won't use them again.

Ordering was straight forward and the box was delivered approximately a week later. Unfortunately the box was delivered slightly squashed and I had to damage the packaging further, to remove the delivery label. I got a very glib response when i contacted them, I do understand that they do need to have a label but as the box is such an integral part of the gift, I feel it should be wrapped in plastic so that the label doesn't damage the packaging. I ordered a crisp box package as a Birthday present but I don't feel that it is in an acceptable state to be given now.

Ordered last month for a birthday treat. The website was easy to use, with a good range of products. Delivery was very fast (about 2 days) and the items were well packed.
