If I could give zero stars I would, I order £79 of prime for my sons collection and not a single bottle arrived, now weeks later and I’m still trying to get some response from them, thankfully my bank is now dealing with it but even then will be a while before refund is received, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Not received the sweets I ordered, gave no order number either. Tried contacting but email bounced back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered a bottle of Prime at the beginning of January and never received it. Emailed the company but no reply and no refund. Absolute scam artists, do not order from them.

Placed an order, marked as shipped but no tracking! Tried contacting via email, this is a scam DO NOT ORDER from these criminals.

Haven't received any information of my order. Tried to contact them many times but no luck. Emails are not received by them.

I ordered off them a week ago and I am very disappointed with my order as I didn’t receive anything that I had ordered from them. I have tried to get in contact with them but the emails aren’t working and the customer service is shocking, and due to them now being closed I don’t think anything will get done about it which is disappointing. Another disappointing thing is I feel like I didn’t receive anything or enough things to make up for the amount of money I had paid for my order, and now there is no way for me to get my money back from them.

I've had such a disappointing experience with this company. Purchased sweets to include in a sweet hamper for a special birthday. One of the items was incorrect, and another out of date. Tried contacting via email, their contact form, and the email address provided in replies on Trustpilot but no response. It's sad that no care is taken when fulfilling orders, but I've worked as manager for an online retailer for 15 years - I understand mistakes happen, it's how you resolve them that really counts and theres been no effort made here. Perhaps as they're closing down they don't care?

I wanted to order a variety of items for my friend for his birthday, instead I got nothing. No tracking number and 0 response from customer service when I asked to cancel the items.

my order didn't arrived yet. Is it possible to track the order!! it has been 2 mouths already since the purchase.
My son birthdays it's on the 12th of july and I really want these items to be here on time!

If I could give zero stars I would. My order never came! It's been almost 2 months. I've tried emailing customer service and contacting them through the website several times but have gotten NO response. No phone number to call.
And I paid them a lot of money for stuff for my son's birthday. Very disappointing as my son was so excited to get the mystery boxes!

Every thing was too expensive and now I know why almost no one wanted to buy sweets there.

I ordered an order the 21 st of February 2022 and I still haven’t received my order or a refund. They are not answer me and I wrote them in many different ways. But no answer and no refund. Almost 40£

Total ripoff aimed at children, sold my 11 year old son 58 pence of Sweet's with 3.98 shipping. How do they sleep at night.

After discovering them on TikTok, I was very excited to receive my order. I was very disappointed in the quality of the sweets in the the 1kg pouches I ordered.

The gummy mix - all large gummy’s very repetitive with what sweets was picked.

The fizzy and the sour 1kg pouch I could not tell the difference between the two pouches which was disappointing.

It’s a great website for ordering and the extras they gave are fantastic and very generous but this wouldn’t be a company I would order from again.

Worst place to order from. My daughter used her Christmas money to buy sweets. Was never delivered. Waiting since 5th jan. no response to emails at all. It should be -1 star but it wont allow me to do so! Aboid the place

I bought a bottle of lemon lime prime for £15 and £3 delivery It never arrived it’s been over 4 weeks iv asked for a refund but no respond do not shop here

Very disappointed with this lot!!! I ordered a £25 mystery box for Christmas for my son. A box got delivered completely trashed with half of the contents missing!! A have sent several emails with pictures, just to be completely ignored every time! Customer service is non existent. Stay away.

Nothing received. I’ve emailed several times and they just ignore you! Do not order!!

Definitely a scam please don’t order. No parcel received and no response to the dozen emails I’ve sent. Wish I’d looked on here first! Worst company and customer service ever.
