Awful service, would not use again

Awful service. I've been waiting 3 weeks for the sweets I ordered. They don't reply to emails. Were quick enough to take my money from my account though! Never again. I'll use someone else next time. It's a shame as they used to be a good Company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have been sent the wrong order, have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks and just been ignored. They have nearly £50 of my money. Do not order from them

Terrible company to deal with and after…

Terrible company to deal with and after following up on our delivery to Ireland that didn’t ever even ship was told it was due to changing shipper and then everything went quiet and no response or refund. Avoid at all costs

Ordered freeze dried sweets had no email confirmation and they moneys come out my bank. Have text and rang, emailed and messaged on tik Tok several times and told it would be dispatched 10 days ago and still haven’t had it. Beyond annoyed. Will not be ordering from here again.

DO NOT USE! Complete lack of customer service, ordered 24 cans of Fanta Exotic waited over 2 weeks and got 4 dill pickles!!! Several emails sent, direct message through TikTok and through PayPal, no response. Have escalated to PayPal

don't recommend!!

absolutely fuming. ordered abt £10 worth of sweets from here like in july and has been over a month and still hasn't even arrived . pretty sure I've been scammed and I've contacted them over instagram and they keep saying "being dispatched tomorrow" but then there's no updates . you know what else is horrible! they take ages to contact back ! I had sent them a message on Monday last week and now it's sunday! don't order from here horrible place and full of scammers ! very upset about this .

AVOID! Awful customer service.

Ordered a VEGAN bag for my girlfriend. What arrived was completely wrong. After emailing (with 3 to 4 days wait for a reply) they tried to say it was right and then finally admitted they had mixed the bag up. They refused to refund, refused to replace and refused to return the bag of sweets (almost £20) it's currently over 3 weeks since they last responded to any email. Thankfully paypal allowed a case to be opened and after submitting evidence they refunded me.
Awful customer service, possible life threatening wrongful service (wrong protein from animals can kill people) strongly avoid. After issue with candy works I went to the vegan candyman and perfect fast order with better selection.

I ordered a pick and mix of freeze…

I ordered a pick and mix of freeze dried sweets on the 15th of July. I was told that it would only take 2-3 days for delivery. Of course it did not arrive but of course you can’t always rely on the predicted delivery times so I left it for a few more days. After a week of my package sitting in transit I emailed Candy Works asking why there is a delay…no reply. Then 10 days went by I asked again if they had any updates…nothing. Then two weeks have now passed (29th of July) and I haven’t heard anything although i’ve emailed them 3 times on two separate emails.
My package still seems to be in transit.
It’s ridiculous, maybe I will eventually receive my package but the chance is very low.
Very disappointed as they are viral on tiktok and everyone raves about them.

Placed an order on the 16th of June and…

Placed an order on the 16th of June and I am still waiting for it to arrive, have contacted both the email and instagram and limited information to no response has been given. I have ordered from this business before and had a good experience however this time I am slightly disappointed.

Once great, now an apparent shambles ... avoid until they sort themselves out!

We have used this company several times in the past and always had great products, great service and swift delivery. Unfortunately they seem to be going through a bad patch (blamed on a warehouse move apparently). Placed an order a week before fathers day and paid for+ expedited delivery, package arrived quickly but with 1 of the 3 items missing, contacted immediately by email took 3 days to respond but was promised the missing item would be shipped to arrive in time. Ten days later no missing item and all communications are being ignored. Very disappointing.

Great, but few items did not arrive

I ordered a 1kg pick and mix. Arrived which was good compared to other reviews, however, a few of the items I picked were not in the bag which was a little disappointing.

Never received my order!

I order something through them and they never delivered. After weeks talking to them I received an email that they were going to resend me the sweets I purchased but this never happened.
I contacted them again via email, instagram and Tiktok but they ignored all my tentatives, inclusive shop didn't help me with this.

Do not use

Do not use! I ordered 1KG pick n mix sweets for my partners birthday and had delivered 0.5KG of freeze dried sweets. This arrived late despite the delivery stating 2-4 working days. I had received someone else’s order alongside all of their personal details, which is a breach of GDPR. I had to contact candy works twice before I had any form of response and over a month later, I have never received my correct order as requested. Terrible customer service and a company who clearly are not willing to take accountability for their mistakes. Would not recommend to anyone.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed, I ordered a fizzy mix and I feel like it was filled with going out of date stock. 3/4 bag filled with Christmas sweets!!!
