The lid of the pot of lickitreats was off and the contents spread all over the parcel. I phoned the company and they said they would post me a replacement.

Hi carol,
i understand you were disappointed that the lid managed to come off the lickimat sprinkles during transit and that they had spilled within the mailer bag. You called at 5.20pm to advise and requested that this item was replaced which i did straight away with without any problem - your replacement was then sent the next day via Royal Mail (i couldn't of physically sent this any faster) so its disappointing to receive a 1star review when i have done exactly as requested in a very timely manner.
