Having recently been a victim of V5 fraud (never let potential buyers see your v5 form before you sell!), I was extremely cautious about selling my car and had a lot of questions regarding the sale process, transfer of DVLA documents, and payment into my account. Vaj patiently answered all of my questions and put me at ease.

I think I will always be cautious when selling cars in the future, but couldn’t have asked for more reassurance from The Car Buyer’s Group. Being based in London, with TBCG based in Liverpool, I was pleasantly surprised that having agreed a fee at lunchtime I had been paid and the car collected by early evening the same day. Top marks and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone selling their car.

My experience with this company really does warrant a lengthy reply, but let's be honest, no one will read it so short and sweet it is.

Placed my Ad on a super listing to be seen by all on Autotrader and Vaj called me and offered a great price for a "we buy now" company. I had promised the vehicle to a private seller who let me down.

Vaj phoned again 4 days later and asked if the sale had been successful. Fast forward two days later and there was a professional driver with a low loader at my gate, money in the bank within minutes and DVLA all sorted with the V5 digitally.

It's really as simple as that. I now have a go-to company for selling cars on speed dial.

Trust me people these reviews are legit and Vaj is a funny, straight up gentleman of his word.

I have to say, without a doubt it was a pleasure dealing with The Car Buyers Group. I spoke to Vaj a director of the company and we agreed a price on the phone. He then got the wheels in motion (apologies for the punt), bank transferred the agreed sale price and arranged for collection from my house. The gentleman who collected the car identified himself and was very pleasant. During the whole process Vaj was easy to get hold off and kept to his word in every step. Fantastic company! no messing! I got a call from Vaj asking if my car was for sale and with in 20 minutes he had wired my payment and had also wired the remaining finance payment to Mercedes. The car was picked up with in the hour of payments been paid. They sorted the logbook out and all the rest of the paper work.
