A very fast and orginizable website

This website is really good and the speed which you get your giftcards are very fast you gotta wait a maximum of 5 mins and you'll get you giftcard and the website is very orginized

During my second purchase with CardCloset, I wrote to them within 5 minutes of my purchase to have my card exchanged for a different one, at whatever additional fees: but they responded 24 hours later flat out refusing with ZERO solutions. Mistakes happen by customers, but to have zero empathy or solution was just disappointing. Plenty of alternatives with better customer service in gift card space.

I have grandchildren in foreign countries and use to send cards every now and then. I have been tested several actors who deliver cards but had find out that The Card Closet are the very best! That is why I given them full house: five of five stars in rating!

After paying them for the cards they don't send them instead they send me emails requiring to take a picture of my order number with me in it and one of my ID completely uncalled for but I did it to get my cards, 8 hours later no digital cards emailed to me, this company is a joke they scam you out of your money and try to steal your ID avoid them like the plague! Update 5 days now will no refund or cards or any kind of reasonable response from their customer service team.... These guys are crooks and belong in prison! Now they have my personal ID info and my money im taking things further and involving the police.

This is my experience and impression with this site and its staff after second time I bought a gift card on it:

- I got the impression that they really care for their customers.
- Prices are normal; not over-inflated as I had a lot of chances to see on various other sites.
- They have frequent price drops on gift cards.

I've been using CardCloset for about two years or so and never really had a problem. I've had to do verification of order a couple times in the past but no other issues. i would recommend them to anyone.

As a new customer I placed successfully an order which was delivered. It was for $29. Two days later I tried to place a similar order, in the amount of $58,00 trying to navigate through their incredibly tedious verification process. When nothing happened, I was told by customer support I had exceeded my order limit as a new customer. This company is useless; do NOT use them.

They supposed to buy an apple gift card and the cad was used I lost my money and my time emailing them, they doesn’t respond for my card

I used this to buy a Canadian card for a game not released in the US yet, and I got it within 3 minutes and was able to buy stuff in the game!! YAY

I order a card and there was no issues. I order a second card and was declined cause it goes through PayPal. I had an issue with PayPal several years back, sent all the data they requested. PayPal stated I was good but they couldn't get it out of their computer. I have never had any issues for all purchases are legal and I do not do sales.

I was reading other reviews and i am experiencing a similar experience. I have yet to receive a card gift card that i purchased at the beginning of the week.
