Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is a very exciting game at the intersection of tabletop mini.s wargaming and board gaming. Wargames offers depth and detail but at the cost of preparation and transport difficulties, whereas board games offer out-of-the-box simplicity and setup at the cost of theme and immersion. With reasonable boardgame cost and packaging, this game offers good, a decent playmat and easily assembled scenery; good dice, cards and token, and pre-assembled mini.s that lack serious multi-part detail, but at a decent good board-game standard. The game play is based on Mantic's long-standing Deadzone game, which is in its 3rd edition so basically it works perfectly. So far we're very impressed and look forward to what Mantic are promising later this year. You can see reviews on our YT channel @studiowatchwolf
