This site is great. I paid a little extra for postage as I was late ordering. My fault. The card is really good quality, the picture i sent came out very clear. So happy with the overall experience

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I paid on 20th September for a banner and still hadn’t received it by 2nd October. After many unanswered emails, I finally called, only to be spoken to in a confrontational and dismissive tone by a staff member named Victoria, instead of receiving a simple apology or assistance.
The delivery was left in a RUBISH BIN, with NO delivery note. When I opened the package, the banner was already damaged with multiple large cracks.
Extremely disappointing experience, careless handling, poor communication, and no sense of responsibility. Pointless spending even a penny with this company.

After searching for a simpsons birthday card for my granddaughter, I found card zoo did one, good price, easy to order, arrived well packaged, result one happy granddaughter

It is what it is, a small personalised gift,ok but what turns out to be a pretty ordinary 'presentation box' at an extra £6 not ok.

I was over the moon with my order it arrived really quickly just what I ordered in great condition and so was the parcel. Excellent service

Ordered a banner for my daughter’s birthday last minute and it came very quickly right in time. The quality was incredible better than I expected! I even received a phone call from the team as soon as I ordered to confirm the text and I put the wrong number and they rang to double check. Very close attention to detail highly recommend

I was sceptical about ordering from here, so I emailed before hand, and the customer service were quick to reply to me, they said nothing would be to much trouble for them to do. I placed my order and within the end of the week I had received it in a lovely gift box and as requested! I ordered a personalised football club night light for my Nephew’s birthday. I paid for guaranteed next day delivery. The ordered was confirmed and dispatched within a couple of hours and set to arrive the next day. Unfortunately, Royal Mail failed to deliver the next day. I contacted The Card Zoo and the customer service of swift and partially
Refunded me for the inconvenience.
When the light turned up it was great. The perfect gift for my nephew.

I will definitely be buying from here again and would recommend them to others.

The quality of the three birthday cards on my order exceeded my expectations. A very happy customer.

Never again! I ordered some photo bunting for my husbands birthday. I sent a photo of him looking down at a plate of oysters. The bunting came with just his face looking down at nothing. I told them If they couldn’t print the photo with oysters they should contacted me but they said I hadn’t asked for the oysters to be on the photo. I said it’s common sense that I wouldn’t just want a photo of someone looking down at nothing. They haven’t replaced it and I have 2 lots of large bunting I can not use. Do not use this company, dreadful customer service!!

I put in an order for my daughters birthday, a box with 2 bottles of wine, just the box arrived at my daughters, when I messaged them they said it was just the box and not the wine, I didn’t feel it was very clear I really thought it included the wine, for £26.44 it should of had wine as I thought, I was absolutely devastated when my daughter said it was just a box. Very in happy

I ordered several birthday cards and a bespoke designed slate coaster set. All arrived in good time and were really good quality. Very easy straight forward online ordering and I received a call from the slate coaster people to confirm the details of the design and they were polite and courteous too. Great packaging used to keep the goods protected in transit. Recipients loved there gifts and cards. I will definitely use card zoo again.
