Unusual Transaction

It was charged SLR 2240.06 to my HSBC Credit Card on 26th Nov 2024, which I did not buy anything from you.
Then I requested the bank to verify and charge back this amount to me. Do you know anything about this transaction?
I am writing this to check what has happened. Ther are many gangs doing frauds

They are a scammer who hide behind fake Facebook ads…

They are scammers who hide behind Facebook ads for legitimate companies offering an item for sale, (In this case, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker). They then sign you up for a nonsense gift card scam which bills your credit card. If you do manage to get hold of them they say they will cancel the account for a further charge, they don't cancel it and keep charging you under another company name.
Edit - They keep contacting me by email, offering to refund me the money they scammed (Only, If I take down this Trust pilot review).

Stay away they are a scammers.will end…

Stay away; they are scammers who will end your account with huge charges.

My husband got scammed by them and incurred over 300€ in charges in just a week. Please note that he never visited their websites, and we have no idea how they got his card details. After noticing the deductions, I discovered the fraudulent websites. We contacted customer service and explained everything. They were nice enough to cancel the membership, although we had no idea what kind of membership it was.

After cancelling the membership on day 13, my husband received another charge of 49€. We were understandably upset. Once again, we contacted customer service, and they told us that the cancellation period was 14 days and that the membership charge was still due. When we threatened to report the fraud to the legitimate authorities and leave reviews everywhere, they agreed to refund the last charge, which was previously deemed impossible.

After he received the refund, we left them a review on Trustpilot to help warn others. All this happened in November 2024, and shockingly, in March 2025, they emailed my husband asking him to change his review in exchange for a refund of all his charges. We agreed, hoping to get our money back. They requested a screenshot to ensure we would change the review. We complied, but they only refunded him 2€.

We updated our review to reflect the actual situation. So, everyone, please be cautious of those 4-5 star reviews, as they are likely not genuine. I am sure they are doing this to many other people as well.
