My name is Sizwe, i needed cartridges when i check online and found the cartridge guy ,excellent services didn't take long to get cartridges and was delivered immediately.

Sending to wrong address

I ordered a few times from them and had no problems in the beginning. Mid 2023 everything changed. When I order I have a billing and a different shipping address. I make sure to WhatsApp and email them the order and the shipping address highlighted after the order is placed. Every time they reply NOTED and every time they send it to the billing address. They apologise every time, but it seems that they don't rectify their mistakes. I stopped ordering Nov 2023 and thought to try again in May 2024. to me determent.
