I love the passport holder! I ordered a few as gifts and my family loved them.

looks like a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered a phone case and screen protector, they delivered 2x screen protectors, not responding to my emails, I am reporting to my credit card company.

The website claims 1–3 day delivery within Europe, but my order to the Netherlands takes 9 days and was shipped from the US. Completely misleading. Though I paid extra 5 euros for priority processing.

The package was sent under a personal name, not a company. Who is Jessica McGowan, and why is a private individual listed as the sender?

I was then asked to pay an unexpected 20 EUR import tax, which I refused. This was never clearly disclosed. Order cancelled and refund requested.
This business does not appear legitimate. Avoid.

Terrible customer service, didn’t even get the package, wrote them a dozen times, they just don’t respond, if you got your package you are just lucky, DO NOT BUY FROME THEM

They shipped my order from the US, even though on their website they say they ship from the Netherlands. I've had to pay duties and taxes that cost me 33% of the case cost.

Their customer service is non-existent. I've sent them multiple emails, but they haven't replied to a single one.

Ordered phone case 8th October, meant to be delivered from Holland, in 3-5 days, package is in USA! Apparently Being delivered by UPS but this company uses FedEx! Still waiting. No responses from them.

Received item - poor quality and not value for money. Requested return authorisation three times by email and filled form. No response at all. Only option to raise a PayPal dispute- still no response to date.

I have ordered a case on July 25th and payed for priority (next day) delivery. It is now August 6th and I've never received the case or even an email that it’s been shipped out. Very disappointing. I've sent multiple emails to customer service but I have yet to get a reply.

I ordered a phone case two weeks ago. It has not shipped, and the company has not responded to multiple email requests for updates. I can only conclude that it is a scam company and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card. At a minimum, the company could respond to repeated requests and they should ship within a few days, which they do not.

SCAM! Never received case. I have sent several emails to the company with NO response. Don’t buy from this POS scammer.

They took my money, sent me completely wrong order then do not respond to any of my emails. I think they have gone out of business or just have no customer service. Either way a SCAM or just Horrible business practice. Don't fall for it like I did, Take your business elsewhere.
