Exceeding at the fundementals!
Excellent.
There were a couple of issues with a wrongly picked item but the team picked this up, quickly dealt with it and took the feedback on board to improve the journey for other customers.

Hi there, sorry to hear you're unhappy with the delivery of your order.
I've looked into it and can see it arrived 5 working days after you placed the order. As it was an international order, this isn't hugely uncommon as sometimes items can get held up at customs and so on.
On our Delivery page we state for international orders the delivery time is "usually 1 to 4 working days but this can vary".
We would never intentionally ignore emails from any customers, so I am very sorry if yours was overlooked and you didn't hear back from us. If there's anything else we can help with please do let us know.

I would even give 6 stars to the internal layout of the case, a bit disappointed about the case itself as the one and only sticker is not properly attached in the designated area.
But overall a brilliant product.
