Be careful trying to return your purchase they tell you to send it in the same envelope marking as return to the sender, but they say we didn't receive it, so please send your return by recorded delivery, best is to avoid this seller.

I bought two expensive buffalo stools at approx £250 each. Only receive one.
Emailed numerous times over a six month period. One response at start, then I’ve been ignored. Telephone number doesn’t work. No location as shop looks like it has closed down.
Issue is the unresolved after six months + from delivery of first stool.
Do not use this trader. You have been a warned. I will be reporting to trading standards and reporting to police as they have not refunded my monies for non delivery. Complete illegal trading by this company.
I ordered 3 items and paid in full. Expected delivery 14 days max. I have emailed numerous times but have yet to receive an acknowledgement. Reading the many reviews it seems I am not the only one. Now in the process of emailing trading standards as I have yet to read or receive anything from the company to reassure me this company is legitimate.
Terrible customer service and awful attitude, and a mercenary approach to fleecing the prospective customers. They’re taken to hiring a cowboy parking enforcement company to issue £100 parking tickets (and taking a 40% cut) on local residents who park outside their shop (in a quiet out of town location) after they’re closed for the night, in a desperate attempt to prop-up their business.
After a year of Covid lockdowns and communities coming together, this is terrible practice from an uncaring business!
The items for sale are very nice but the delivery is woeful, I am still waiting for something which I ordered over 20 days ago. This is an item that was in stock and ready to dispatch according to the website. I had the same issue previously and decided to give them a 2nd chance.. Not anymore. Other websites with same/simliar items are rapid with delivery. It's poor.
