Although we had to wait a little longer for our beautiful coasters, Sophie replied quickly to our enquiry . She had been very busy and as everything is done by hand , it is worth the wait .

The lemon and stars sets I bought are really packed with the filling and they both really pop on the table.

Arrived quickly with a lovely dice bag featuring a metal wolf tag which is a really lovely touch.

Truly the best customer service I've ever had with an independent seller. I requested a custom dice set and Sophie was responsive to my requests from start to finish so we could create a special gift for a friend of mine whose dog had just passed. She accomodated a type of dice set that she didn't already sell and kept me informed during the entire process. We even had to deal with a shipping mishap and she kept me calm and offered options along the way as we figured out what to do. The quality of the dice is top notch and I would absolutely work with her again if the need for custom die pops into my head again.

The custom dice are really beautiful, and worth the price. The digits are a nice shape, and very clear, and the colours are nicely distributed. My only criticism is that the numbers are oddly arranged.
