It locked me out of my previous classes and bookmarks. I was forced to study out of my Strungham books. I found a few downloaded notes but can’t see the favorite ones I needed from your original class. I didn’t have time to take the prep exams and was locked there.
The content was good and well-organized. Getting errors in the application fixed, was a challenge. The company should have somebody reviewing the course for errors. This should not come from customers. I finished the course in 86 hours. I had to kill 14 hours before I could take the final exam.

We're glad you found the course content well-organized, though we're sorry to hear you were frustrated by the errors you encountered and the time it took to have them addressed. Our curriculum goes through a thorough review process, including review and approval by the state before it is offered, but despite those reviews, occasional errors can still make their way into a course. Feedback from students is invaluable in helping us identify and correct those issues, and we truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
Regarding the course timing, Utah requires students to spend a minimum of 100 hours in the 120-hour Pre-Licensing course before they are eligible to take the final exam. This is a state requirement that all education providers must follow, even if a student is able to complete the coursework more quickly.
