I am always dubious when buying off the Internet, but I was really impressed with the quality of service and the charms. I have placed two orders with CharmWorks, and the experience has been great on both occasions and the charms are beautiful.

We buy our goddaughter a charm for each birthday and have bought a few from CharmWorks. The website is easy to use and the charms are lovely. This year's choice is perfect for her 18th birthday. Delivered on time in a pretty presentation bag.

I found the website easy to use, the products are of great quality and true to description and design, I was surprised with details on the charms especially the spaniel one which matches ours. Delivery was a little slower than expected but I think this was more to do with the postal service being on strike rather than related to Charm Works delivery process

The silver charm I ordered is lovely just what I wanted

Have been using The Charm Works for ages now and the service is excellent. The delivery is very quick and customer service brilliant. There is a huge array of charms for every occasion. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased a silver charm bracelet with 7 charms each portraying important parts of my 10 year old grandaughter’s life so far. They were attached free of charge to the bracelet in the order I had asked for before being posted to me. The first bracelet I ordered we decided was probably a little too small for her and so I sent it back and it was changed without any problem and the charms were put onto the new slightly larger bracelet. The staff were delightful to deal with. My granddaughter is thrilled with it and I have already had a Christmas tree delivered to add to her growing collection of charms for this Christmas. Really good choice of charms to choose from. Will be back and can definitely recommend.

Very happy with my purchase of bracelet and charms which were attached at no extra cost and came gift boxed. Postage was speedy and the item was well packaged.

Amazing customer service. I have twice sent my bracelet / charms back as the style wasn’t what i was after and they have processed exchanges with no fuss and with postage costs to Spain! The bracelets and charms are also excellent.

Received 2 charms from THECHARMWORKS today. The charms were avaerage. The pouches they were in were plain Hessian, not the nice ones that they advertise with the logo on. As these are for a present we are not happy with the pouches.
The charms could have been bought anywhere.

I purchased the Celtic charm yesterday. It arrived in the post today! When I tell you I bought a similar item three weeks ago from another supplier which never arrived, and I’m still waiting for a refund.
So now, you imagine how pleased I am today, to be able to tie it to a little blue ribbon and give to my new Irish daughter in law. Thank you Alex

I ordered some silver earrings with enamelled designs and a silver charm. The silver and finishing are of very high quality and they come in very nice packaging. Delivery was very prompt.
