Unfortunately still haven’t received my order, which was supposed to have arrived before christmas. Looks like the package is still in transit in some other country. Sadly my grandma is gonna have to wait for her Christmas present.
Despatch issues: Order not despatched within quoted timeframe.
Delivery issues: Item was not delivered within quoted timeframe (in fact one month late!).
Website issues: Online account created when placing the order showed no trace of the order and no personal details other than first name and last name, both of which were wrong as they were those of the recipient.
It's hard to think of anything else that could have gone wrong! On a more positive note, the lady on the end of the helpline had a pleasant manner.
In summary, I cannot recommend them in their current state.
Very slow turnaround, shipping and delivery were very slow which mean that even though I ordered well in advance, my delivery didn’t make it in time and my mum didn’t get her gift (as I was flying home to Canada to give it to her). Wish lines of communication were clearer and that expectations had been set on the website (i.e. estimated delivery date) so that I’d known not to bother. I’ll now have the additional expense of shipping this to Canada once I’m back and no gift for my mum on Christmas. Disappointing from a brand she loves so much.
