After searching for the perfect cheese advent calendar for my partner, I finally managed to get my hands on this one. It did not disappoint. As an avid cheese fan, my partner was in his absolute element. Beautifully packaged, interesting and different cheeses, along with lovely condiments and crackers. What more can you ask for!

Unfortunately we are still waiting for the 2nd delivery which was due 5 days ago. There is no phone number to call and emails are not responded to currently. The 1st delivery was 2 days late however the quality excellent. I appreciate it is a very busy time but PLEASE communicate with your customers.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m so sorry for the frustration caused by the delay with your delivery. We completely understand how disappointing this has been.

We had been monitoring your order closely over the weekend and had already arranged for a fresh replacement box to be prepared and sent out. I wanted to reassure you that we had sent an update earlier, but unfortunately that message failed to send without us realising!

As soon as you let us know, we got back in touch via email and Facebook with the full details, and I’m also continuing to chase DHL for the latest update on your replacement delivery.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the quality of your first box, even though it arrived later than expected. As a gesture of apology for the inconvenience, we’ve also sent you a discount for a future order in our private message.

Some lovely cheese. We thought it would be nice to get pairing notes with the cheeses so what goes with it from the chutneys and honeys. Otherwise you get a good amount of cheese and it’s a great alternative advent calender for a cheese lover!
