The Ultimate has been a true labour of love representing decades of experimenting with cheese and wine pairings, combos that have proved just too good to keep to ourselves! This year once again we have worked alongside wine experts, oenologists and winemakers to put together a selection of wines that are just as spectacular as previous years, and that create pairings that really sing.
