This company stole my money from my…

This company stole my money from my bank card I have given details to my holiday bookings. I don't know this The World's Chef, and haven't got a clue how they got my bank details. They emailed me about the subscription I wasn't aware of and there's an option to call or email support to cancel and so I did cancel. They emailed me they had cancelled subscription and I have emailed support to request for refund of £34.50 taken from my bank. They cause me a lot of trouble because ofcourse I need to report them and order a new card again, and I can't use my card for the meantime .

I have no idea how this company got acess to my credit card. This morning I woke up to a charge being blocked for £34.90. I vaguely remember landing on this page instead of a newspaper article I was trying to read but that still doesnt explain how they got my card number. I have contacted them. There is a note on their website that says before contacting a bank etc contact us. If everyone contacts the banks then it will put a stop to this dodgy practice.
