Great product , poor delivery service
Have had numerous different bottles of sauces from these guys at xmas markets extra , but this was the first time ordering on line . The product obviously didn’t fail to please us with the taste , all sauces were perfect , however the delivery seemed to take for ever , ordered on a Friday am , not c received until the following Thursday , which we thought was poor ..

Hi Phil, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry the delivery service wasn't faster. I've just had a look into it, and your order was placed at 5.46pm on the Friday, which is why it unfortunately missed that day's post.
Royal Mail and Parcel Force collect from us Monday to Friday, so your order was collected on Monday morning. As your order was small (under 2kg) your order was sent through Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Orders of 4 bottles or jars upwards are sent through Parcel Force on a 24-hour delivery.
As a small company, I wish we could send out all orders on a 24-hour delivery basis, but unfortunately as this currently costs us around £6 per delivery it's just not viable I'm afraid. We will, however, take your feedback on board, and thank you for your custom.
Excellent and yummy
Order delivered quickly, well packaged to protect jars in cardboard and other recycled/recyclable materials.

The Carolina Reaper jam is sooooo good
The Carolina Reaper jam is sooooo good. It gets to the point where the heata builds up and it is unbearable but I just can't stop eating it.

Excelent Jam I love this stuff.
Excelent Jam I love this stuff buying is becoming a bit of awinter tradition. Usually 2 1kg tubs see me through Dec and January but this year I've already polished off the best part of 3 whole kg tubs. I've gone from putting it on the cheese board to putting a bit in almost everything I eat. I usually get a tub of ghost jam and a tub of gorgeous garlic but decided to try simmering smokey as well this year. No regrets.
This will be my 3rd year buying direct from the chilli jam man website to think my chilli jam man patronage started with a free taster at a Christmas Market excelent service and excelent quality product.
