I ordered the Aston Martin. It arrived safely packaged and looks wonderful.It will make my Bond loving husband very happy.

Customer service does not exist and order is late with no update. Total waste of money with no way to contact or get a refund.

Bought a paint brush with green paint in the illustration l. No chance to state colour wanted so assumed it would be green. Made a cake decorated in paint drips of this colour. It arrived as a yellow paint brush and broken. Asked for a replacements - that arrived quickly, but it was packaged in a cellophane bag inside the box - and it was broken too! Please reconsider your packaging as I have read a few comments about breakages.

Items look fantastic, unfortunately one of the 'tools' and my 'horse-shoe' arrived broken which i reported immediately. A replacement was sent within a few days which I was very suprised about as my email hadn't been replied to. Better communication would be my only criticism. Would definitely buy from again :) really unique gifts for chocolate lovers!

This company has to be one of the best that I ordered from absolutely no issues great customer services, I forgot to add an item and no problem they were able to assist and I received my order with everything that I requested. The deliver was done within time frame given, if you experience a delay with your order I think that has more to do with the post company. The chocolates was securely packaged and presentation was more then I expected just really top class service. I love that they can make it personal and just overall wonderful service will definitely buy from them again!

Bought dentures/toothpaste chocolate gift set for a Christmas present to send abroad at the beginning of December. I thought this would give me enough time to send it by post. The first delivery took over a week to arrive and when it did, parts of it were broken up. I emailed Chocolate Workshop and received an email saying a replacement was being sent. This again, has taken a week and this time there is no chocolate dentures/toothpaste set - they have sent only packaging.
I think the next port of call is trading standards as I have bought the product but they have failed to supply.
Would not ever use this company again.

The chocolate tools I ordered were delivered quickly in a double box with plenty of packaging.I was kept informed of its progress and supplied with tracking information. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged. I contacted the company and received a reply shortly after offering a replacement or a refund for the broken item. They even sent a simple video to repair the damage, which I did and it looked great, and they still gave me the refund.

I have ordered a very expensive box of chocolates (tools) for a present. It arrived with two items broken. Emailed the company back, they responded saying they can refund the broken parts, which completely ruins the presents, or send new parts to me. nothing has been sent or contact made. Sent this review to trustpilot, and after another two chaser emails they have sent the replacement parts. What can I say. Trustpilot works. Customer service in this company, I am not sure, especially considering the cost of product in the first place. Hope they learn from this.
