The Christmas Decorators Reviews 

Yesterday we used the services of Kate, Dave and their fabulous team at the Solihull, Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield branch of The Christmas Decorators.

This was the first time we had used the team and we are hugely impressed. We had Christmas Lights installed at our Home and a giant Christmas Tree at our Work address.

The result is a simply magical display.

The team are professional, and efficient and we are delighted with the displays. We will be using them each Christmas and would certainly recommend them to others.

What an easy and pleasant experience! Joanne Tiffin was very helpful in giving us light choices for our house, her installation team were quick, polite, helpful and punctual.

This is the second year we have used The Christmas Decorators for our outside tree lights, and they have given a 5 start service both times.

From start to finish their communication and professionalism has been wonderful. They're a joy to work with.

Paul and AJ done an amazing job decorating the front of my new house in Edinburgh.
They originally only turned up with half of the decorations (a slight mishap in communications, not their fault) but they assured me they would get it sorted and come back later to install the missing parts, which they did and then proceeded to work in freezing temperatures. Such friendly guys who you can tell have a passion for what they do.
The house looks amazing and we have had alot of compliments on it already.
We went with the 3 year package so will be happy to have them back next year and will possibly add even more decorations from them

Andrew's team installed lights and some decorative bows & garlands at our house in Sidcup last week. Lights look great, we've had lots of comments on them.

Our gardeners 3 days after they were installed cut through one of Andrew's cables - thanks Andrew for letting us have spare cables so the lights were working for our family party on the Saturday evening.

Great service providers - highly recommended.

From start to finish Andrew and his team was absolutely amazing, tight budget which they made work and the result is absolutely incredible.

Paul and the North East team have been excellent throughout the job, from the initial meeting back in July to the recently completed installation which was carried out efficiently and professionally on a busy access route. The sustainability credentials of the locally-sourced tree also ticked a lot of boxes for us and the end result is great.

Awful customer service in the Northamptonshire area. We had to badger them to come and visit, and then have chased many times but still have not got a response. As they are a franchise you are stuck with only one point of contact for your area. Maybe if I was spending £50k they would be interested in me, but at £5k it would appear I'm not worth the effort.

Hired The Christmas Decorators to decorate my restaurant in Bournemouth and they certainly delivered the WOW factor.

They aren't cheap but there decorations are like a Hollywood film and certainly worth the money. We get so many positive comments from our customers and staff.

Agreed with all the previous reviews, financially profiled prior to a visit, promised a call which never came. Never mind, not a good business model

We have used The Christmas Decorators (Dunfermline) on several occasions now - every time they have been a joy to work with, Paul and Simone are first class. We used for last couple of Christmas’s and the lights and wreaths have been phenomenal, we also recently used for our daughters 21st birthday and the shimmer wall was an absolute hit - everyone thought they were in Hollywood on a red carpet. Cannot praise more highly.

I can’t recommend The Christmas Decorators highly enough! From our first meeting to discuss design ideas, Becky & Andy just completely understood the look & feel we were going for, for our country pub. The installation was out of hours, timely & without fuss or mess. The comments we received all of the festive season were amazing and everyone loved it as much as we did. We have taken out a three year contract and we already looking forward to the decs welcome return. If you have ever considered having professional decorations then look no further than these guys. Utterly fantastic!

Tracey and Paul were fantastic from quote stage (thank you your patience while we chose!), right down to removal. A couple of snagging items which the weather didn't help with was sorted very very quickly. The first Christmas in our new house was made extra special by their work which was top quality, tidy and attentive. Great communication and looking forward to this year already!!

What a great experience! Mike and team completed an excellent job from setup to breakdown and truly exceeded our expectations. The decor supplied was luxurious and looked better than the proposal pictures. Again, many thanks… We are in the queue for next year.
