I had a really good experience with the watch guy (Dan). He was very helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied. Really nice guy and I would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone!

Scamming tactics. I ordered jewellery cleaners and was only informed they were no longer available on the day they were due to be delivered. I was told the order would be cancelled, yet I have still not received a refund.

I have contacted the company twice since with no response. It has now been over 4 weeks.

This is appalling behaviour and a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend buying anything online from this company.

An unprofessional and misleading company! I ordered a watch as a wedding gift and was given no update about its status and never received it. Despite 'free next day delivery' falsely marketed on the website, the watch never arrived as the owner had gone away for weeks but had left no indication of this on their website. Called phone number and emailed several times with no response. Refund eventually issued after weeks but a terribly unprofessional company.

I’ve been looking for a more everyday wearable watch for sometime & always wanted a Hydroconquest. Spotted this one from CWBC on their eBay site & started to make enquiries. All my questions were answered fully & quickly so decided to buy the watch. From buying the watch to delivery was less than 24 hours & was extremely well packaged. The watch is in absolutely stunning condition & I’m extremely critical of condition on any watch I buy. Excellent watch, I'm very happy!

First time buying from CWBC and the experience has been excellent. The zenith pilot watch is exactly as described and at a very competitive price. Part-ex was hassle free and the communication throughout has been friendly and professional. I’m really impressed by Dan and Tom at CWBC and will look to buy again in future.

Very professional and friendly service. Took an old Omega watch which hadn't worked in years to be assessed and to determine if it could be serviced. Excellent service provided by the team, watch now working perfectly and verified it was indeed 50 years old. Would highly recommend the CWBC, first class.

I have zero doubts re honesty & integrity. CWBC have what they advertise, on-site, in their ownership.

The purchase experience was a little disjointed. The purchase receipt & guarantee were not shipped with the watch, This was swiftly rectified.

The watch was pre-owned. Many of the adjustment links were removed for the previous owner & were not re-installed on the bracelet prior to shipping.
Dan kindly offered to have the watch returned at his cost for adjustment but with postal strikes & having to travel several miles to post the watch back, the only sensible solution was a trip to the nearest Omega dealer an hour away.

The watch turned out to be first class. These are good people. I would certainly purchase from CWBC again.
