I ordered this Nov. 9th 2021 , I still have not gotten it . I have sent 4 different emails asking for a valid tracking # . They said it would be here soon on 2 replies that I got , then they quit answering me. I opened a dispute with my credit card company yesterday explaining what had occurred.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered this December 6th. January 12th...Still waiting.

Junk first the thing still leaked and fell apart upon first use . The hose popped right off the bottom to reveal cheap plastic tube inside

Stop ordering any of this crap that comes up on Tictok, Fakebook, or any email because it’s coming from China, there’s no such company , it’s just made in a China sweatshop!!!

It's clearly a scam. I purchased on the 3rd December, heard nothing. I paid for expedited shipping. I emailed customer service and said where is my item. They said it will send tracking information in the next 48 hours (this was already 2 weeks after I bought it). I said give me a refund and they're not responding. Will be raising a dispute with my bank.

I ordered this product Nov 30,2021.i had to ask customer service where it was or if it had been shipped.they said December 8,2021.
There tracking system does not work.it is now December 29,2021 and I have lost hope that this is real.i have been scammed out of 30 bucs.no wonder shipping is free,you never get it.i did send another email asking For a refund.

Stay away from this company! Ordered a shower head, hose and mount for my granddaughter for Christmas! Never received an email of the order, never received a tracking, and never received the item! Try contacting them via email, they never responded! They don’t even have a contact number!! I wish I had checked the comments before ordering with them! They are a ‘SCAM, ruined my surprise for the gift I was looking forward to give my granddaughter!

Thing was junk, took over a month to get here and started falling apart as soon as we used it.

If I could give negative stars I would. It took a month for the shower head to arrive. When I got it the instructions were in a foreign language. It felt like it was made of plastic and when I installed it, water squirted out from every connection site. The water pressure did increase but so much that it hurt and the water was no longer warm. I tried to contact them to get a refund. This was months ago. I have sent a total of 3 complaints to them so far and have heard nothing. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!!!! I ordered my shower head in June of 2021 and hear it is December and nothing yet.

This company took my my money and I did not receive my shower head it been over a month. Any contact tried you are lead to a nonexistent email that is useless. If anyone can help me get my money back please send me a message. Iam preparing to sue this is dishonest business

Definitely a FAKE WEBSITE and all they do is STEAL ur MONEY ...ordered in September, sent an email in oct an they said its on its way an to follow the tracking number to find 1 week later it says EXPIRED!! Since t then sent 3 other emails but no answer. Maybe get in contact with Trading Standards see wot they say.

UPDATE: it arrived on Friday 5th Nov but it didn't increase the water flow. It somehow made it worse.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They are a fake website and I lost money from ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM or fall for their ads. I hope others do more research before ordering. Something I really should have done... I even contacting them through email and received no replies at all and it's been weeks now.

This company is a scam. I ordered on 10/1 and never received my order. I got an email on 10/6 that my package has shipped and every time I went to track it said that the order was confirmed and they were preparing it. Customer service is terrible, they would not give me a refund and every time I email them about how I haven't gotten my package they say to wait a few days for shipping updates or they will send me a new item, well I wait a few days, no update, email them again and get the same answer.

I ordered this showerhead on 10/08. I asked 2 days later for an update on shipping status; after 31 different emails; I was given the run around and asked over and over for my email, name phone number shipping address & order number. All which they supposedly could not find. In the end; I had to close out my bank debit card; contact the BBB down in Clearwater Florida to make an official fraud claim against this company. Now I have to forward all 31 emails to my bank as part of the fraud investigation. Thanks for nothing ClearWaterCo. You all are bogus.

Ordered a month and a half ago. I emailed customer service asking them to cancel the order since it never shipped, they emailed me back confirming the cancel, then they shipped the item. I received a tracking number and there have been no updates on the tracking in three weeks. So They took my $23 and never actually shipped my shower head. Learned my lesson.

Fake AF, it's been 2 weeks since my last update and still no reply from them. Bought from TikTok unfortunately now I'm sure they are a scam! Save your money and stay away from the Clearwater.com
