As always today was a 100 Star appointment. Erica made me a drink when I arrived and was good to catch up with the birthday girl. It wasn't long until I was in the magic hands of Nurse Maria. Want to know why this is a 100 Star Clinic?

It's because of the standards and ethics of Maria, Having booked in for a particular treatment she advised I didn't need it and we selected an alternative treatment together. That's what makes this clinic stand out.

Maria won't just do something because you've booked it or because you want it. She wants the best for her clients and that's why I will travel the distance I do for the best in the business.

I trust her implicitly, she is warm and caring as well as an expert in what she does. Her knowledge and caring nature is what keeps me coming back.

You won't find anyone who cares more about her clients than her or Erica.

Erica is the perfect person to have on reception. Friendly and efficient. Had to arrive early because a family issue , but wasn’t made to feel awkward about doing so.

I hadn't been to the clinic for quite some time, but Erica and Maria greeted me like I'd just visited a week ago. I haven't and wouldn't go anywhere else. Maria always checks what result I'm looking for and advises on the best treatment and won't do anything just because I ask for it, if it's not right for me. I'm part of the VIP group on FB so find out about all the new treatments and offers straight away. Plus, between Erica and Maria they organise other social events and everyone is welcomed.

Shockingly bad! I can only imagine how awful the results for fillers could of been if it's as bad as the reception/booking system! ,they clearly didn't want Groupon customers! After a txt, FB message & email as Groupon advises 2 weeks has passed, I had zero response, decided to phone. The first phone call was a joke like she had no idea what I was asking for? But took my details anyway. No further responses by the end of the week. The second call (different person) said there was no details or mention of my first call on the system but it was very important they would get back to me with urgency (within that morning) the day went by no call, I realise this is a very bad start and I'll get a refund and go elsewhere! Because this has now become embarrassing and no way am I ringing for a 3rd time to be fobbed off yet again.

Had a face treatment from maria and wow what an amazing professional, talented gal!! i would highly recommend her to everyone. i felt as ease, comfortable and trusted her fully. Can wait for my next appointment.
