Terrific resource, the webinars are enlightening, the session plans are easy to follow and adjust and the own planning tool is the easiest designer I have used.

It is great resource for all level of coaching. As a new coach starting out, it has inspired me to continue to journey and see where it takes me.

The Coaching Manual is so much more than just a collection of drills. Their season plans provide a fantastic structure for building a well-rounded team. From warm-up ideas to small-sided games, they've got it all. But what I truly appreciate are the resources for fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. These are invaluable for young players, especially girls, who might be new to competitive environments. The Coaching Manual has helped me create a positive and supportive environment where my girls can not only develop their skills but also learn valuable life lessons. I'd love to see more practice examples with female players.

Being a competitive and high school coach I love how TCM helps with putting together season plans for different ages. Coaching several teams at different ages the Season Plan greatly reduces the time I have to spend for each team. I also love the sessions you can look up to implement in your training topic for that day.
