Fraud

This is not company it’s fraud they just take money and will never send coffee machine. Please let people be aware of this and HMRC too for Vat fraud.

Paid £2,995 on 24 Nov 2025 for a digital coffee machine with 7-day delivery agreed.
Machine was never delivered.
Refund requested over a month ago.
Multiple emails and direct contact ignored.
Matter now proceeding through the County Court.

I habe payed for the machine and no machine has come yet. Kit the owner is joking by not opening the phone. Sends a message i will let you know and i will see when i go te the office and nothing. How did you do to get your money back? Should i call the police?

A huge shoutout to Chris, who went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with.

very helpful right from my first enquiry,
from choosing the perfect coffee machine and the perfect plan to accommodate my business,
they were also not pushy which was hugely helpful especially when its a new business and you are inundated with endless calls ... definitely recommend!! .

Communication is broken and bad customer service

Never respond to the respond. I didn’t receive my coffee machine in time had to push my business days 2 days. I bought vitro x1 coffee from them. I haven’t received any coffee beans or filters yet was supposed to be delivered long long ago.
Communication channel is completely broken, I gave the money upright but then haven’t received any form of service yet.

Literally they setup my coffee machine while my restaurant was open and i was serving customer. Still now I never can reach to their contact person. You give them an email and they say they are busy seems like a one person company it is no one else bother about the customer. Still today my coffee machine not totally ready yet

From start to finish kit has been nothing but helpful and patience. Very knowledge in his industry. Great person to work with and relived all my anxiety when starting up my new coffee shop! Highly recommend this company and customer service is outstanding⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sage Express Impress coffee machine

I purchased a Sage coffee machine from The Coffee Machine Collective. So far, I’ve been really impressed with it. As I’d ordered it during a bank holiday, I called to ask when it would be delivered. Christopher was really helpful and assured me it would be with me within two days (and it was). Excellent, friendly service - I cannot rate this company highly enough.
