We signed up for a race that was eventually canceled. They promised a refund within 18 months, later changed to 24 months. It's now been over 2.5 years and they are ignoring all our emails. Total disgrace and illegal.

My event in the NLs was postponed and then the location changed to an entirely different city. I sent several emails to customer service which were never acknowledged. I then contacted them via Facebook, the only avenue in which they seem to want to communicate. I was told that no refund would be issued. This is in beach of EU consumer law. I had to contact the European Consumer Centre for them to investigate and obtain a refund. The company should have behaved professionally and given the refund in the first instance rather than forcing me to involved the European Consumer Centre to obtain a refund. There is also a Facebook page of 100s of angry customers who have also not received a refund. This companies behaviour is beyond shocking, appalling and unprofessional.
