I really liked the idea and concept but…
I really liked the idea and concept but felt it could be better by having the personalised letters on the side that you see with the straps otherwise when you carry it you don’t appreciate the detail!
The bottle opener could sit on the side or top .
The whole point of having something personal is to see it and stand out from the crowd and then more people would want to order their own!

Hello Janey Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry the basket isn't quite how you would like it to be. The baskets that we personalise are already an established product, meaning we are unable to change the design. This means we are limited on some of the baskets where we are able to personalise them. The photography of each of our products should make it clear where the personalisation will be on the basket. Once again I do appreciate your comments and taking the time to leave a review.
Pretty Hamper basket but with 3 niggles
Very pretty hamper picnic basket that felt strong. Accessories inside were lovely and good quality. The cool section is a great idea. It came very well packaged and on time.
One of the basket lids was slightly off centre, and there were sharp metal 'twists' under the leatherette hinges that I had to file. Two of the sections are too small to fit the wine glasses in. This was a gift for my sister so I'm disappointed with the 3 faulty aspects, hence 3 stars.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. I really am sorry to hear you had a few niggles with the basket, this is very disappointing for you and for us. The glasses can be quite snug in the wicker holders for obvious reasons so that they don't rattle around but they should obviously fit in each of the sections and I am sorry to hear that they don't. Regarding the other couple of issue too, I am sorry if this wasn't noticed before it was sent out as our products are always checked. I'd like to get this resolved for you. I appreciate that this was a gift but if you or your sister would like to contact me directly we can hopefully help to sort this issue out. Once again thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Stunning picnic basket
Ordering was so easy and the picnic basket was delivered on time. My daughter and her fiancé love it and are looking forward to using it once the weather improves.
Looked at so many different baskets online and this one was by far the best. Very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to order this again.
