Fantastic results I've never seen before

Shane was fantastic to work with! From the get go, he took everything into account and personalized my plan to the very last detail. I am a vegetarian and he catered for all my food plan needs and also gave some lovely recipes ☺️ it was amazing having someone keeping account for six weeks solid, I have gained new habits that have benefited me hugely. I was undereating a great deal, having someone with the knowledge to guide me made all the difference. Shane also has given me a great follow up plan to stay on track! Amazing results.

Just finished a 6 week weight loss programme with Shane. Shane gathered all the information that he needed to make me a tailored plan based on my goals and gave me a really comprehensive plan and recipe books to help me along. We had check ins twice a week which really helped me stay on track and the accountability was great. I lost 5kg and am really happy with the overall results and have learned alot over the 6 weeks. Can't thank Shane enough he's a gent and very supportive.

I did a 6 week programme with Shane

I did a 6 week programme with Shane. Lost almost 4kg in the 6 weeks which I'm delighted with as I lost it properly through his excellent meals and workouts. The check ins twice a week kept me in check especially the Monday morning ones when before I used to have a tendency to break out at the weekend.

I have just completed a 6 week program…

I have just completed a 6 week program with Shane and have come out of it fitter, stronger and healthier. Shane was very attentive to detail and knew how to tweak my diet in order to get the best results. Since starting the program I am now making much more healthy choices with my food and am enjoying the new healthy lifestyle. Thanks for everything Shane!! Highly recommended.

I recently completed a 6 week nutrition programme from Shane. His knowledge of nutrition and support was fantastic. He has giving me the tools and confidence to continue onwards. Always an encouraging motivated text was received and when I over indulged at the weekends he was correct to highlight it and would help reset my mindset for the coming week. Would definitely recommend Shane.

Happy

I started with Shane as I felt I had gained weight after lockdown. Shane guided me through the process with patience and understanding and over the 6 weeks I began to feel lighter and more like myself. Using the fitness pal app allowed me to eat the foods i enjoyed while making an effort to improve my diet but still allowing for the foods I love and treats especially at weekend. At the end of the 6 weeks I now feel much more confident and my clothes fit so much better. Shane focuses in more than just the scales which is so important and relative in our busy lives. She is very u understanding and provides invaluable insight into the weight loss journey

Working with Shane over the last year…

Working with Shane over the last year and a half has helped me lose 8% body fat in a year just through his powerlifting training programs and now I'm involved with his 6 week nutrition ive gone from 74.5kg to 73.1kg ☺

Definitely recommend!

I was in a rut after the lockdown and had no routine whatsoever, so I decided to get my act together and get on to Shane. I lost 5.6kg over the 6 weeks. I didn't know much about nutrition but the package Shane gives covers so much and is so easy to follow, I feel now that I have made good lifestyle changes. There was two check ins a week and any questions I had during the 6 weeks he was always able to answer and was there to give me solid advice. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Shane as he is very approachable and knowledgeable.

Fat to fit with Mr.Smith :D

Having worked with Shane over a number of weeks I managed to get my diet in check and well as lose 4kg. Initially I was somewhat skeptical as I am generally quite an inactive individual, apart from lifting cans I never saw myself as the type of person who would be conscious of what they eat or how much. After gaining 10kg over the course of a year I decided something had to change. Lucky for me I had Shane on hand to assist me. At the very beginning of the programme I was almost dreading having to check in every week because I thought it would be far more difficult than it actually was. Shane was very helpful throughout the entire process and always on hand to give advice or answer any questions I had. Even if they seemed insignificant or trivial. After the first week I realised it wasn't that difficult at all and monitoring my progress became something I enjoyed instead of a source of dread. Working with Shane over the 6 weeks definitely gave me the building blocks to live a healthy lifestyle on my own terms. I actually found myself having to eat more some days than I normally would have previously. My sleeping pattern, appetite and relationship with food improved immensely over the programme and I am looking forward to working with Shane in the future to gain muscle bad leave my old lifestyle behind. I would strongly recommend him and his programmes to anyone who is considering changing their lifestyle for the better.

Just finished my 6 week plan with Shane I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to lose weight. We went for the flexible approach so I wasn’t just eating rabbit food we focused on keeping to a certain amount of calories and hitting my protein target each day, Shane has his smith fit meals included in plan that are easy to make and taste great.

Shane is an excellent coach ,having recently completing a 6 week meal plan with him I am not only lighter in weight but my body composition has changed I feel lighter , more athletic and stronger than I have felt for quite some time. He is always available to answer any questions you might have regarding tracking meals or even the "why" behind it and alters the plan based on progress to ensure you get the results your looking for . A top man couldn't recommend him more !

I have just finished a 6 week program with Shane and couldn't recommend him enough. This was my first time doing any type of nutrition program and Shane broke it down and made it easy to follow. If I had any questions, a quick text to him and Shane was always happy to help. He also includes a few recipe examples that I found very useful and simple to make

I have just completed a six week…

I have just completed a six week nutrition program with Shane and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. Shane did a personalised program for me as I wanted to lose weight . He sent me my program which told me how to get the results I needed and explained all about Macros. He also sent me a massive selection of recipes ( high protein / low carbon/ smoothies). Shane messaged me a few times a week to see how I was doing and was always there if I had a question or needed help. I would 100% recommend Shane.

Best experience by far!

Had a great experience with Shane. I have just finished a 6 week nutrition plan with him, and I’ve really learnt so much in the last 6 weeks about nutrition and how important it is when training. He really broke things down for me and helped me understand what I needed to do rather than just telling me what to eat, which I then found it a lot easier to keep a consistent diet and incorporate it into my own lifestyle. He supplied me with loads of meal ideas to try out, (and there’s such a variety of meals) he listed all the macros and it’s very easy to follow. He really knows what he’s talking about and there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer and explain (and there were a lot). He kept with me throughout the weeks, assuring me I was doing well and keeping me motivated. You can tell he’s very enthusiastic about what he does. Can’t thank him enough for all his hard work and help! I definitely recommend him for anyone looking for help with their training & nutrition, no matter how busy or quiet your lifestyle is!

Would recommend 100%

Where do i begin ha. Have been weight training with shane for about a year and a half now. I recently done a 6 week weight programme incorporated with a nutrition plan for weight loss. I have done good programmes like this before but shane made it so much easier. I am used to how shane programmes weightlifting but this was my first nutrition plan from him. It was kept very simple from the start. These are your calories and this is the amount of protein you have to intake. Very simple no need to worry about the other macros for the minute. He also gives you loads of information sample meals snacks supplements it is fantastic. I found it suprisingly easy i continued building my strenght and lost nearly 6kg in the process and to be honest i found it pretty easy and shane was there every step of the way to answer questions or check on your progress. Would 100 % recommend him he is very enthusiastic about what he does and is extremly helpful.
