I placed an order on 25th October and was advised that it was on it's way on 27th October. It's now over 2 weeks and my order has still not arrived even though their shipping policy states 3/4 days for the UK. I have contacted the company twice using the chat service, as you cannot speak to anyone on the phone, with no reply.
Their products are light weight and thin
Half price on the manufacturer website and a quarter price on temu

Ordered towels, not colour as was advertised and quality very poor. Emailed and used live chat many times, no response, no chance of refund/ return then. Won’t be wasting my money on this company again!
