I recently did the Ancient Anatolia tour and it was absolutely incredible!

Sites - An amazing collection of sites spanning a vast swath of history from pre-pottery neolithic to bronze age to byzantine empire. The super informative guides provided tons of context and history about the sites we saw, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the sites without feeling rushed.

Logistics - Hotels were excellent, boutique hotels that were in great locations for easy walking around and exploring. The van was very comfortable. Any and all other logistical issues were dealt with quickly.

Other observations - The Community Garden is a non-profit that actively works to improve the communities they visit. It definitely felt like a group of people intimately familiar with and deeply passionate about these places rather than just another tour company trying to maximize profits.

I would absolutely, unequivocally do another tour with them. This was one of the best tours I've ever been on. Highly recommended!

I just came back from the incredible Ancient Wonders of Anatolia tour with the Community Garden, and what a trip it was! We have seen and explored so many fascinating sites like Gobekli Tepe, Karahan Tepe, Mount Nemrut, underground city in Cappadocia and magnificent ruins of Hittite capital of Hattusa, among others. The organisation and logistics were superb, we stayed in beautiful and comfortable local hotels and had a privilege to experience true Turkish hospitality and immerse ourselves in its culture and history. It was an unique and life-changing experience which I highly recommend to anyone interested in the ancient history and culture of this remarkable place.
