After the customer service received with my complaint, I feel its fair to re-review. Although never had the luck to win, you can be sure to buy with confidence. The personal touch and reaching out via email was fantastic and not often seen.

Just won £250 cash on the recent draw. I thought I’d never win anything in this but turns out it was my lucky day. Cash was in my bank within 10 minutes after the draw. Keep trying and buying tickets it happens eventually!
